The stories are heart wrenching. Yesterday I saw a Florida Nat'l Guardsman helicopter pilot and a private citizen that owns a helicopter talk about flying in and rescuing people off a mountain, while our own government hasn't given the order for the rescues. I got that info from the pilots who questioned the military pilots sitting on the ground waiting for orders. So sad. Hopefully they can get in today.
And he was threatened with arrest so had to stop. What's really going on?!?!

I have ALWAYS donated to hurricane relief, thousands of dollars as I was able, but now I am suffering from Hurricane Helene and the tornado afterwards. No one has helped me. We are on day 9 without electricity or water. The people in need are NOT getting these supplies and help.

Anna, Anna, Anna! I just had to stop in the middle of this video to tell you I have been struggling as well. For the past 3 mornings, I have been up at 4 or 5 am, not being able to sleep. I literally told my neighbor yesterday that when I had my shower, I was thinking of how blessed I was to have a hot shower. I didn’t want to donate money to any organization who could/would line their pockets with money meant for people who have lost everything. Thank you so much for sharing!
I'm so glad!! I wake up in a warm bed, I put a sweater on, I make a hot cup of coffee I sit on my sofa I watch my TV all under a roof. Nothing I do I am not thankful for and it all makes me think of those who've lost everything. I'm so glad I inspired you!!

Yeah, I went to Samaritans purse and donated. I tried to donate on Kerri site but it said that she was not taking any donations. They closed it down so Samaritan purse is everything I believe in. So thank you for that. I believe it was one of your subscribers comments that mentioned that. I’ve donated so much in the past so I know what to look out for and they have their financial statement right on the website. May God bless these people and any kind of devastation that they’re going through we can’t even imagine unless we’ve gone through it 😢But God he can do anything. Bless your heart. My son and his family lost everything in Katrina. It was people like you that came to their aid. The doctors I worked with and church loaded a semi. I don’t think she had to buy diapers or wipes for a couple years. Always pay it forward because you never know when it will be our families. ❤

Thank you so much for your support. This is heartbreaking. My daughter lives in Brevard, NC, about 30 miles south of Asheville. We had no contact with her for about 36 hours. The last location I had for her was in a flooded area. I can't describe the feeling of helplessness and panic. Fortunately, she is fine but so much of her community has lost everything. Thank you again for your help and prayers.

I’m so with you Anna. My son and family went through the Paradise California fire five years ago and lost everything. You’re right , they need stuff , normal things . I too struggle being here all the way here in California. I too would not donate to Red Cross , after The Fire in Paradise, we saw a lot of miss use . It’s the churches that are getting it done . We trust Convoy of Hope , out of Missouri . They are with the Assembly of God churches . This is the America I Love as we as Americans respond to our fellow Americans.

Yes it was a horrific experience that affected even the extended family members. Great things came out of the disaster. Just so you know today our kids are doing very well , bought a new home in Paradise and they look at life so different. My son always says there is no way he could have gone through that fire without Jesus in his life . Our Job is to support those in need .

I share your distrust of Red Cross because when my father served during WWII, he said if the Red Cross offered a soldier a cigarette, they then asked him for money. He always told us to never donate to them. He told us the Salvation Army gave everything to the GI’s for free, whether it was a cup of coffee or a cigarette, so he would thereafter only donate to them. That lesson has never left me. By the way, I purchased a Shark vac like yours and I love it. It is so lightweight and does a better job than my heavy 25 year old Kenmore ever did!

My sister and I went shopping and filled 5 boxes to the top with all kinds of supplies and found a local place that was filling a semi full to head down on Tuesday night. Monday, im taking my two youngest grandchildren shopping and let them help me buy more for the drive their school is doing!! I am sooo happy I was able to do this today! When I saw that FEMA is running out of money I was so upset. They aren’t helping but so proud of every day Americans helping because that’s what we do! I know this because I was affected by Katrina. I live on the coast of Mississippi on the water. Only three houses on our street were standing after the storm. I was a hospice nurse and saw devastation you can’t imagine. I sent my younger family up to family in Pennsylvania to stay and my husband and I stayed here. We know we were blessed even with all the damage because we were not without means and we also had our health. I learned that people who have very little are the ones that lose the most. They have to rely on the help of others and FEMA. Those that are ill or caregivers of the ill need so much. I say all this to let you know that any amount of help you give is a huge blessing. Because you have shared this I believe it will also spur others to help. I was so touched by your tender heart. Btw, the Cajun Navy ( a wonderful volunteer outfit from Louisiana)is presently in North Carolina with horses and mules taking supplies to victims. Thank you so much Anna.❤️
