Isabella 23- Night time is a Battle with Severe Autism

After everything has been done. And you still have no idea what's wrong or how to fix it. Tormenting. Cure time. Isabella usually wears footed pi's on backwards to bed because of stripping down and fecal smearing. But this night she seemed hot, so I took it off of her.
