S7 Transparent Blue here! Version 2. Feels much better than a Fender with proper body cuts and pickups and wiring that absolutely work. I could've bought a Fender Pro II for more than twice the price but why? Better build quality and sound for less money, heck yeah I'm in!
Just got my S7 vintage a few days ago. It took 6 months to get one in. Got it in black. Besides being just a beautiful looking guitar. The craftsmanship is high level ... Especially the neck is outstanding. The pickups are great ... Quiet on mine/Larry Carlton. I really like how responsive the tone knobs are on this guitar. You can get very bright tones and then really round it out when backed off for a lush standard clean jazz tone. . Very wide tone sweep , kind of like a cry baby. I did have to do a basic set up to suit my playing. Truss rod, action. Set the vibrato arm to my liking and pickup height. I love it. Very affordable.
I have seen other reviews as well and have already almost pulled the trigger on getting one of these but I am a rosewood fretboard guy and they seem to only come with maple. If they made one with the toasted maple neck and rosewood (or perhaps one of the alternatives, although nothing feels like rosewood in my opinion) I would be ON IT.
Needs a treble bleed. Hopeless for riding the volume but easily fixed. They seem to vary a bit from the few I tried today. They were all gen 2. Mind boggling feel for 500 squid
I prefer the look of the flame top, and also imo I don't think you should have to do any fretwork if your paying £300+ at the very least, you can get guitars for £130 with amazing fretwork so that is a bit of a shame, awesome reviews thanks guys, might look into these myself
I got a Sire S7 fm and mine is amazing. I don’t have any fret problems. I haven’t been able to put this guitar down. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one. From the reviews I’ve seen, most come like mine…without any buzzing or other things. Maybe he got one that slipped through QC…it happens no matter the company or the cost of the guitar. Good luck!
Quality at a very reasonable price. At present this guitar is $800 on sale from $1100 plus taxes in Canada and in some cases delivery is extra also.

How are they even getting necks into a toaster? I thought they were roasting them in an oven?
@@mattdoliver1984 lol it's a big toaster. Toasted, roasted, sauteed, whatever. I'm just not into maple fretboards.
@@austinknowlton1783 lol, I was only joking Austin, nice guitars though, and I'm the same I prefer rosewood especially if it's nice and dark
Well they just released the s3 and t3 with rosewood boards
So it was the camera that died at the end then. 😆 I've had this guitar for a few weeks now and can confirm.... its still amazing!! 🤘
I got the t7 with the zebra humbuckers !!! Love it ❤
Yeah, buzz problem here too. Be aware of it when buying. Hopefully the PLEK machine will fix it.

I bought the natural one, from Andertons, for £270, as it had a dink on the headstock.
how are you finding it?
@@niloben659 it's very good, well worth the money
Is it made by Cort in their Idonesian factory? Always awesome stuff out of there
I believe Sire have their own factory
Sire, not Squier. lol
Im Indonesian and i can confirm Sire is not produced by Cort. Sire have their own factory.
Its a shame there's no left handed version
There is
That fretboard laquered or just super shiny?
I have watched a couple other reviews and the neck is finished front and back. Could be a laquered finish but I would bet on poly.
@@austinknowlton1783 Poly on top but very light satin on the back.
I just bought a guitar last month… it’s not fair that you temp me like this.
Haar guitars from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 👌
No SS frets no deal
11:50 your sound is horrible.🤮
