This is really important to do as you move into the RFK campaign. Keeping the coalition and RFK popular is really important. I remember alot of the focus tree is split between more "progressive" and "moderate" options. I think you need to pay attention to the choices a lot because sometimes the more radical option won't even help you. You should go all in on Civil rights but make sure the other focus choices are not describing a policy that a president wouldn't even be able to push through in the 1960s.
Italy will later send offers to the OFN and the Co-Prosperity Sphere to join one of their factions.
Italy and her subjects(Algeria, Tunis, Libia, Egypt & Sudan, Yemen, and the United Arab Emirates) joining the OFN will be a great benefit to the American economy and her faction.
While I don't know much about the "Brothers in Arms" branch in the "Fight Tyranny" focus tree, I am sure you can only start negotiating with Japan about getting back Hawaii and the Treaty Ports in LA and San Fransisco by completing the "Domestic Preparedness" branch and finishing "On to Tokyo." There isn't a time limit, but please do not ignore it completely.
Really like the series here so far. For me the progrgressive and «good» America bringing the world to a resemblence og pur timelige is the best one!

Dont do the "Fighting tyrrany" tree. It is bland. Stick to the internal politics.
But you need that to negotiate with Japan to reclaim the occupied Ports and Hawaii!
