- Kouri Richins defense team has a strategy to argue every piece of evidence the prosecution has, in an effort to have the case against her dismissed. The prosecutors are working hard to not let that happen during the preliminary hearing. As both sides are preparing to provide the court with their evidence, the prosecution says they need at least three full days to present their case for the judge. Noting the amount of time that will be needed to conduct the hearing, the judge moved the case to June 18 to June 21. The Kouri Richins defense will be to stand up to each piece of evidence and have the case dismissed before ever getting to trial
The judge allows prosecutors to introduce evidence that Kouri looked into getting a divorce and had a law firm on retainer. After receiving a consultation. Kouri allegedly tells her bother that she ended the consultation because she didn't want half of everything and wants to walk away clean and free. However, the court may reasonably infer the opposite is true as it appears Kouri Richins didn't want half of everything. Prosecutors say she wanted everything and to that end, planned to cause Eric Richins' death
The investigation into the death of Eric Richins show text messages between Kouri Richins and her mother, Lisa Darden, show great disdain for Eric on Lisa Darden's part. Investigators include in their report that right before her significant other dies, Lisa Darden is added to her will. The detective writes, based on Lisa Darden’s proximity to her partner’s suspicious overdose death, and her relationship with Kouri, it is possible she was involved in planning and orchestrating Eric’s death."

I do believe she’s guilty 100% because the EVIDENCE we’ve seen so far is overwhelming. Not because some old high school classmates, who for all we know were rivals or enemies, “are not surprised”. When you say “that’s all I need to know”, I hope you mean that in a hyperbolic way because if not, I’d hate to have you as a juror on any case I’m trying if that’s all it takes in your mind to convict and take away someone’s freedom potentially for the rest of their life.

She also asked him if he ever killed someone when he served and how it felt (in the same convo that he was asking her about her dead husband). Seriously so many crazy and interesting texts between them. It’s going to be bad. She booked an expensive vacation in dec for her and him to go on in April (a month after Eric dies) and she’s texting him about how excited she is to go w him and her husband just died. And then thanks him for being patient saying just hang in a little longer and Eric is dead by the end of that week. Oh and last one I will add… texts him that her dream is to live in that mansion she was buying with her bf, she’d get divorced, “come into millions” they both quit their jobs and rent out the party center out of the mansion as their business. Which is interesting since she’d only get millions if he died (or so she thought). She knew she would get nothing in the divorce. She even talked about how much to charge for the party center, like she really thought it thru. She’s telling bf it’s her dream house for them to live in it but told her husband she was flipping it… wonder which one was true. lol sorry for the long response, just the craziest stuff going on with that.

Plus a lot of the people saying that are Kouri’s family and friends. She had a boyfriend and was texting her friend telling her she stole money from Eric’s and had to pay him back but after that she was done. That hardly sounds like them being in “the best place they’d been in a while” that her family is claiming. Her families interviews don’t make sense bc they say the couple was in such a good place, and Eric was great,but at the same time start disparaging him/his character etc. It doesn’t make sense.

I love you so much Miss Nancy because I’m the kind of person who gets outraged as well for these unnecessary deaths of so many people and I am still outraged that the jury (because of the MANY police/law shows that they watched & thought circumstantial evidence of Casey Anthony couldn’t be used against her and all the tape (different duct tape made at different times is almost like a fingerprint) also the chloroform that was in her car trunk which stank like something dead (it makes me sick to think about it!!!) so this Moscow Mule death is a terrible thing and the many deaths that happen in our country and there are too many people who get away with this Shit! I too lost a fiancé who let his ex girlfriend clean his kitchen and he was insulin dependent (after I had begged him to get his sugar tested) and I think she was there that morning that he had a massive heart attack… she claimed she showed up & found him these deaths are HORRENDOUS!!❤

You mean in general? The connection between torturing pets and animals during childhood and anti-social behavioural traits in older life is well documented. It's not the only identifier, but it's a strong one. if any parent spots this behaviour in their kid they need to get on it ASAP and not ignore it

I cant imagine drugging killing father of my children I could not ever break their heart like that. Plus my husband is my best friend for the last 33 years I would not know how to function with out my other half.
