@@Matthaffordget lucky and obtain a bell through resonance dawn, then for ministry rep you can do the ministry Vs events at summer isles. Then choose the quickest path to Lord regent.
@@t.e.6415 Resonance dawn is a good strat for quick bell but SUPER rare also the events will take some time,but if anyone would do it,it would prob take 30 minutes-1hour
