Used to take this train almost every weekend from Harrison to WTC or 33rd street... now I live so far away, still get to take it but I have to take the Hoboken line to WTC or 33rd and my typical 30 minute commute became closer to 2 hours now. Miss it
This is The Train To World Trade Center. Making Stops At: Harrison, Journal Square, Grove Street, Exchange Place, and World Trade Center. The Next Stop Is, Harrison.
Great info! First time in NYC. World Trade Center will be my first train destination, seems easy enough base on this video so hoping trip starting from Penn Station will go as smooth.
Wait, they got rid of the front window? I used to know exactly where to stand on the platform to be dead center on the first door so I could sit in the first seat to look out the front window for the whole trip. That's gone now???
@@B3Band They still have the front windows but you can’t look out of it. Even if you were on the last car you could easily look out the center back window. I think the door leads to where the operator is to the right side.
Hi, I have aquestion, will be mi first time there, and i was wondering, where's the hangar, platform, level or track (1,2,3,4 or 5) that should I take for that train? thank you
8:58 Speed!
About how fast was that? PATH trains in that Harrison-Journal Square stretch tend to pick up quite the speed.
@@ENYC I think that may have been 65-70 MPH.

Path Train Journal Square to WTC last December 2022
I saw this train come in when I was getting a tour of the Oculus on my yearly NYC weekend trip in June 2018. So cool.

Before they got those cars. You used to be able to stand in the front car and look out the window. I miss that.

They should extend the PATH to Penn Station via NJ Transit/Amtrak platform

Hi there! This train left from Platfrom H due to construction, but normally it leaves from Track 2.
@@Bklynkid52 Haven't lived in NJ for several years, but Newark Penn Station's lobby has signs at the first set of doors labelled "Track 1 & PATH"
@@B3Band Track 1 is for NJ Transit.
@@Bklynkid52the path train is between tracks 1 & 2 so you can take either entrance and be fine.
Make stop at Harrison and journal square and World Trade Center
Fantastic video. The yard you passed not long after Harrison is that Port Newark?
I think so.
Great content
Awesome
The fact that the path stops at Newark penn instead of EWR financially doesn’t make any sense to me.

Lol how did you not get caught
By being really good at what I do. 😜
No, but most of the workers don’t really care. As long as you don’t point the camera directly at them.
@@Bklynkid52 eh alright
Caught doing what?
Exactly. What's illegal about it?
@@B3Band There’s a rule by PATH that states photography and video are not allowed on trains, and stations. But some workers don’t care about the rule.
It’s wrong waying btw
From Newark and Harrison it was
lol i wonder how you didn't get arrested from recording.
It all depends on the workers. Some people don’t care while others really want that promotion.
It's great to see people not wearing their face masks.
☺️🏳️🌈so cool 😎
