- Marc Silvestri drew this sweet Wolverine for a buddy of mine during SDCC. Big thanks to Marc and the folks at Top Cow for being cool enough to let me hang out as this masterpiece was being drawn.

Cool to see him looking at his own hand.
That's incredible. I always thought Marc would have a faster, more frenetic pace when drawing his characters. Instead, he's very slow and methodical in his approach. He is and forever will be the gold standard in comic art.
Marc Sylvestri!
Other than Jim, he's the other reason that I rocked with Image.
Later came Portacio, Humberto, Campbell, Charest, etc.
Always good to see the legends in action!
All good artists.
JuanJose247 Gregg Capullo together with Marc for me
They’re good comics artists but kinda shit artists on its own. Tho they’re very stylised
Hell yes my favorite artist nobody can draw Wolverine like him!!!!
He's cool, I like Michael Turners rendition of Wolverine too, unfortunately he is no longer with us.
Absolutely outstanding!
I love Marc’s style- so raw and loose. His Wolverine truly looks like he’s a wild animal. I love how he actually looks at his hand several times to check and verify correct placement and anatomy- this is correct, drawing comics is exaggerated but to a degree I’ve always thought anatomy, even finger placement should make some sort of sense even if you have to trick the eye. Love this!
Still one of the best...
The best comic artist. To bad he doesn't train up new talent like he used to, would be awesome to get a lesson from the master!
Great style! Amazing work!
Had to watch this one all the way through! I always feel like I learn something from watching this master do his thing! ✍️
People ask what kind of pencils/inks do these guys use. He is using what I used in middle school for homework. The sword is only as powerful as its master.
Right on Correcto!
Thanks for sharing, Man! You know how much I LOVE me some Silvestri!
Got one more on the way. The angle is pretty bad but I figured it's better to share than let it go to waste.
@@VZAAGE aawwww yeah

Almost at 200k! Nice!
Slowly but surely, buddy... Hopefully a million before I reach 50.
Beautiful
Sweet!
Wow
Bumping with the music, nice.......... also the artwork from Silvestri.
Toute mon adolescence..
Really takes his time before committing to a line or shape. :D
He seems to want to keep the energy moving in his pencils. And when a comprehensive image is accomplished. He commits to stronger fine tuning and detail. Marc Silvestra masterclass artist
🔥🔥🔥

Yes , he was trained by Marc and is also one of the best comic artists today if not the best.
The music works well and sets the vibe. What genre is it?
I've heard other songs like this be called "trip-hop". For more of this specific style, check out Brock Berrigan.

@@VZAAGE Thank you
wow....drawing Wolverine
It's like he always puts the camera upside down to draw.
I'm on the fence with Silvestri. But he draws better than me.
Are you not into the hatch lines? Silvestri became one of my favorites
Che Guevara!!!
Wolverine used to have more hair in the 90's...
ouh so you are copycut see you reupload the jimlee's uploaded drawing videos.. goshhh
not RIPCLAW!!!
Masterpiece???..Rembrandt did masterpieces, Da Vinci, Michaelangelo etc etc...comic pinups will never be considered Masterpieces
A lot of noodling being done here..shows very little confidence in drawing.
