If you jump before you get the last hoop, then dive immediately and hold back your joystick, you can land on the slime, not ragdoll, and keep your momentum. Diving at the last second also works, but you lose your momentum.

In hoop chute the mistake that you were doing is you have to dive when you are close to the portal so that way your fall guy doesn’t ragdoll.

This video gave me a vague idea for a new FG level. They should make a dark level where a lot of the map and obstacles are hard to see. And all of the beans would have little lights on the top of their bean heads. I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be a cool experiment.
