Hi! You are adorable! It is really nice to see someone find their "calling" while they are still so young. I'm curious as to what type of vinegar you are using to join your clay? White, apple, etc.?
I got a mini wheel (different from yours), but can't figure out how to center on it....I think it might not be a good wheel because any amount of pressure slows the wheel down significantly even at its fastest settings.
I have the same wheel and it also gives off that metalish dark stuff that mixes with the clay. I also have the issue with my bigger wheel. Anyone know why that is and if it is in some way bad for the clay or firing it? Thank you! ❤ btw! your work is amazing, I am learning a lot!!
I'm thinking of buying a mini pottery wheel myself. I've never done proper pottery before, so I'm trying to find as much info about it as possible. What is the temperature needed for making that small pottery, please?
You're a natural teacher. Thank you so much for your support help and tips
Thank you :))
I got the mini wheel and I did some vases, but your mugs are nice. It is very hard to work with the mini wheel but fun🤗

Great tutorial can you send me link to purchase pottery wheel
May I ask how much clay you are using?
how long did you leave you it before adding the handle?🙂
Could you imagine using something like this instead as a banding wheel and for trimming pieces?

Can you use sculpy clay?
No this is pottery clay water based used to make ceramics , sculpey is oil based you can use is for wheel throwing...
Could you do mini Rebekah pitcher? I bought one but not sure how to do on mini version. Love watching❤️😊
I can definitely make a video about that in the future, but it will take some time. Maybe the video about the mini vase comes close?😊

Thank you! I don't think it can do any harm to the clay, and it probably will become less when you're using the wheel for a longer time :)

You can fire ceramics at different temperatures. I do my glaze fire at 1220 degrees Celsius, but you could also do this around 1000 degrees Celsius😊
