- A daring lone armed police officer carried out an attack that took his colleagues by surprise and what many thought would pass as another crazed officer venting out, ended in a bloody standoff that lasted almost nine hours.
The dawn attack at Kapenguria Police station in West Pokot county is still being assessed by a team of investigators that have already been dispatched to the scene to begin a probe.
