Hello there, i was just now diagnosed with MS, just want to let something here, i was a heavy smoker, i used to smoke around 30 cigarrets a day and around 2 years ago i had a pretty strong MS flare (although i did not knew it was MS) and i quit smoking right away, why did i quit smoking right away one might ask, well, when i am smoking what happens is, when i pull the cigarret smoke inside, i feel like, eletrical shocks in my whole body, but specially inside my head, anyway, just wanted to leave this here. ^^
