CSR 2 | CSR Racing 2, Best Cars in CSR2, According to Max

I give you my picks for the best cars in the game in many of the makes. This does not include single model makes like BAC, Noble, and a few others, but does include most of the major makes we have multiple cars in the game with.
My criteria does not include how fast a car is fully maxed. I don't really care what is the fastest as I don't focus on that in my builds for live racing. Tempest is always a consideration as well as usefulness in map racing as well. You want a car that does it all not just have a one event special going.
