Sir, I am initial appointment RRB as SSE level 7....SC category....... Now medically decategorised posted as CH- OS , Level 7 and upgraded to Level 8.....For mutual transfer with which employee I can do and with SC category only and with Level 7 initial recruitment person only?????

Yes you can take mutual transfer with same level employee as you are if both of you are SC

For PwBD reservation there are 2 point reserved
Point no- 21 which is carry forward and
Point no-26 for cat-b
Now again non-availability of PwBD employees this vacancy carry forward and shift to point no-31,32
3- in 2023 vacancy arising-5
For PwBD reservation only backlog carry forward vacancy taken because this is 26-50 block as per vacancy roster
Again non-availability of PwBD candidate now vacancy are lapse due to two subsequent year carry forwarded done
4-2024 vacancy arising-16
For PwBD reservation point no-51 for cat-c earmarked no backlog due to vacancy lapse
