It depends on the Demon who killed you. Exetior's ".EXEs" Stay true to their original personalities, but some others, such as Sark's, become different.

Exactly! All it did was help them keep their sanity when they were all alive, but when one (or more) die(s), it creates problems for everyone (except Amy, for some reason)

Do the. Exe versions of them come in different bodies or do they come in the same bodies?
Im not sure but because its the same peoples its more probably their own bodies. It can be different with what kind of demonization they go through. Exetior demonization makes them in one piece like their original self with just demonic essence(Black eye, red pupils and darker fur) Other demons like Sark or Pervision cant or dont want and transforms their original body into somethin more sinister.
Sark's Sally have hurted eyes/ Sark's Cream have only one eye useful just like Sark's Amy
Pervision Sally(called brally) is..just a mess/ He mixed Tails and Knucles body to create one entity
and finally u can see his last demonization with
Cherry(Merry little sister) where she have the piko piko hammer sticked in his own head.
So yeah..The Exe version are just the originals put in their own bodies just repaired and "upgraded" through demonization. Or at least it's what its suggested
