The main challenges are getting everything done within billable hours. Getting sites to get you all the documents to meet the targeted deadline. Especially local sites that go through their own IRB and or IBC boards and you have no control on when they meet and you have to keep getting the site to keep you informed. You have to be very detail oriented to keep up with different studies in different sites at the same time.
