This was good for me... Saturday I was asked to do a devotional prayer in front of a few people in the sanctuary, on live, and the meeting app recording for our Sunday service... I said Lord I don’t usually get up to speak in front of people so Lord you will have to speak for me! I asked what is it I should say to your people Lord God? I did the prayer and sooo many people said your prayer sent chills through my body... I said all Glory to God because the Holy Spirit took over me! It was such a powerful feeling... God is sooo amazing! This message was just for me! Thanks!

This is POWERFUL!! I never looked at my fasting as something that had an impact on others when I'm obedient. Always looked at my fasting as something I did for me or whatever the self-serving need I was fasting for in the first place. I've been guilty of saying "I'll just start it tomorrow". I will definitely think of this when wanting to quit or not feeling disciplined/strong enough to continue--usually on the very first day!

And in Acts 2:1-4 we see them receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues - the promise arrived! The promise of the Lord will always come and as we wait on it, we must remain in prayer, just as the disciples did (Acts 1:14). His timing is always perfect and because our destiny is connected to other people, the timing has to be right! Remember, they also need to meet with you at the time God has appointed for them; He's not only preparing you for the appointed time but also everyone connected to you so that you all don't miss each other.
