Such a poignant performance! Dimash is a master of emotional delivery!
Thank you for your reaction! 🙏
He did an exceptional job! Thank you for commenting. 🙂
Thank you so much for a great reaction to this beautiful song👍😊
My pleasure.Thank you for commenting. 🙂
The song that was suggested to you is called Qaragym Aì (or Appel of My Eye) was written by Kenes Duisekeyev many years ago.
The lyrics are from a Kazakh poet who dedicated this song to his daughter who was getting married. He wanted to express his concern and feelings about what his daughter's future might hold.
This special performance has a sad occasion. The composer of this song was also a teacher of Dimash and he died from Covid in 2020. Dimash was devastated. He sang this song in memory of Kenes Duisekeyev. The pain Dimash shows is literally palpable. It hurts so much to see him like this😥. But it’s my favorit video❤️
Love from Germany
There’s so much emotion in this performance!
It’s a beautiful tribute to Kenes Duisekeev, the composer of this lovely song - and whose picture frequently appears in the background. Both Dimash and the pianist, Adilzhan Tolykpayev, were former students of his - he died just after Dimash had been awarded his Master’s degree the previous month.
Because it was during the pandemic, there was no audience - just lights where people would normally sit - which makes it all the more poignant. Despite his rather forbidding-looking exterior, Dimash enjoyed a good relationship with his professor, and said it was like taking tea with his grandfather. It’s obvious his death was a great loss to Dimash ...
Yes, there is a lot of emotion. Thank you for commenting and providing some background information. I am glad he had a solid relationship with his professor. 🙂
@@rjjsreactions-rk7zh I think I read somewhere that the piano player was also a student of this professor--don't quote me on that though.
QARAGYM AI 🦌
🥺This is part of Dimash’s
His-Story 💔
He lost his Teacher/Mentor Kenes Duisekeyev who wrote the music & Another Very Close Friend when he preformed this version.
IT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL💔
The lyrics were written by Shomshibai Sariev evocating
"All life lived without love is equivalent to one day lived in love?" as a Father’s love for his Daughter for her wedding. The music was written by Kenes Duisekeyev as a Brother’s sadness that his Sister died to young (19) for her wedding.
Dimash sings in honor for
Kenes Duisekeev, who has passed away “9th July 2020” (note the date) at the age of (too soon) 74.
This is a comment from the 10,000 that year. I couldn’t say it better😭 I also couldn’t site the author with the difference in alphabetical writing 🥺I can only HONOR with my 🤍 for another 🦌✨🤍✨🦌
In this song, the state of his soul…
The pain of losing his mentor,
teacher ... such deep sadness for
those who left this world forever…
I don't know... how he sings so
that from the very first words Tears well up in my eyes from
understanding this pain…. No one
can sing like that.… Only Dimash.
🤍2U&2ALLU🤍🦌🦌💫🌎✨🇺🇸
Thank you for your comments and information. Yes, it is always sad when we lose someone close to us. It is those left behind that truly bear the burden of the loss. I expect that Dimash uses his art to help him cope. All best wishes. 🙂
Unfortunately on a lot of Dimash performances the ads pop up before Dimash is finished singing. And because of the way he ends some of his songs, the ending is very important to the flavor of the whole piece.
I don't mind the ads for his other performances. I just try to stop the regular ads for things like soap popping up. 🙂
Dimash even sounds good solo--there's a short clip of Dimash singing Brahms Lullaby (which I actually don't like that much; it is so overused.) It's not long enough or necessarily anything you can react to, but it is lovely the way he sings it.
