    WOW I learned a lot about the 1969 and the 1970 uaw strike I saw a 1969 Vette with a 1970 wheel flare and I thought it was miss label

      Not exactly sure what you mean by not through 83. We were discussing the fiasco of how 83 didn't happen because of the late production start of the C4. There were however a dozen or so 1983 Corvettes that were used as test mules all but one of them got crushed so there is one remaining 1983 Corvette that is in the Corvette museum.
