It made me feel so bad when he said "Can i speake to this?" Imagine being a guest & having to ask if you can get a word in.
I am currently studying with John, and let me tell you it's a very wild ride. This way of meditating is really nothing like what I've come across and the fact that he binds together all of these different lines of thought, psychology especially, was exactly what I was looking for. Excited to take part in the second year and beyond.
Also, Aubrey, for god sakes, let the man finish his sentences and lay down your tangents. What I've noticed about John is that a lot of his teachings tend to be higher level in the sense that he only adds more general context as he talks. Give him enough space and he will explain fully what he is talking about. This was honestly one of the most frustrating podcasts I've ever had to get through.

Aubrey's interjections were too much here. I still love John's insights and got a lot out of this podcast because I'd never heard some of these concepts framed this way before, but Aubrey cut him off too much. Are you studying with John in his online courses?

@@willzinc6137 Yes, as part of the Planetary Dharma course :) And the frames and perspectives on practise and whats going on the planet are a big part of why I joined. A lot of it is also influenced by integral theory and Spiral Dynamics given John's work with Ken Wilbur.

Its astonishing how much Aubrey interrupts the guest thought out the talk...its like he is more interested in talking then listening
John has ascended higher than Aubrey, so is it astonishing really? Aubrey states that he is not a learn-ed man and that he learns from everyone else. It seems like Aubrey is so excited to talk to John, that he doesn't care about the audience as much as he cares about his ascension path. John's got that ascended master level patience. the interview went exactly how it was intended.

maybe he was too subconsciously focused on his external validation than serving us the actual purpose of the podcast
churchhill did a podcast with andre duqum. he has a lot more self control in his interviews. im gonna watch that one.

Aubrey’s style of engagement used to trigger me, but upon meditation, I realized that he’s just super excited about the discussion, and we are fortunate that he provides us with such engaging discussions. I also realized that he reminds me of my son. I think it’s beautiful that a grown man can have the excitement and wonder of a child… it brings me joy that society has not dulled that in him. Grateful for this reflection, grateful for the gentle nudge to nurture my own son’s wonder and excitement 🙏
Side note, would love John to drop a course! As much as I enjoy Aubrey's tangents, would love the possibility to get a more concentrated format of John's teachings for those who can't study with him personally. Hope this is in the works for the future.

Yes.
I think both can, as the guest did plenty of interruptions himself. To be fair though as a host I think Aubrey was just trying to get the audience to understand the concept better, so it’s more excusable…

@Eric-ux6io Yes, but the guest also has to expect questions and allow the host to finish on behalf of the viewer. There should be a balance between host and guest, especially given the message both of them are trying to convey. Peace ✌️

Aubrey Marcus, I hope you are open to some constructive feedback. I resonate & appreciate the work that you're doing in the world & your offerings, AND I'm finding that often in your podcasts of late, and very much in this particular one, you are dominating the conversation.... often interrupting your guest which and including references and tangents that make it distracting & difficult to follow. I was looking forward to hearing about John's decades of work, but feel he had to fight to get each point across... I've had to give up out of frustration before an hour in. Maybe you could give your guests the floor, for the majority of the podcast, and just ask clarifying questions, and then do a separate video with your commentary perhaps with some conversation with them?
Agreed. This was hard to listen to. Maybe it was just that Aubrey was so excited at the conversation that he couldn't help himself, but it was frustrating.

Imo Aubrey is a big part of these conversations that’s why it doesn’t bother me. He has just as much wisdom in the spiritual realms.
As other folks commented I would have loved to hear John speak more. Aubrey just kept talking over John, made the interview hard to watch for me. Learning to be a better interviewer means to actually listen to and tease out the nuances from the guest, rather than telling your own stories. Rogan is a master at that, just let the guests speak and ask good questions.

It's funny someone said this. I actually felt like the guest was interjecting quite frequently, as if his regular mode of conversation was to step right into someone else's expression, not necessarily out of disrespect. Thus, the host matches that way of communicating. I did find it a little annoying, but I noticed it more on the guest's side. I do find it interesting we are commenting on the methods of the conversation and not the actual content, which was pretty great.

I’m sure everyone that watched/listened to this felt the distraction through the interruptions in conversation. However I agree we need both contributions, and Aubrey is great at rephrasing things in such a way his audience understands to its full potential but we definitely needed more pauses or clear conclusions before jumping to the next point which the guest found difficult to do and I think Aubrey was trying provide that. Only this far in 35:28
Yeah i paused it a few times. I became agitated just listening to them talk over eachother at certain points.
Glad i watched this episode. Explains some things. I've experienced unusual things since childhood. If I'd known one person who had even a little of this information back then, I would have understood and could have been led to develop at least knowledge of what I was experiencing if not spiritual gifts. Im grateful to now be finding information I've sought for over 45 years.

Aubrey set the tone of interruption, over time the guest seem to get frustrated and then interject over Aubrey to finish his thoughts.. don't need clarity in the middle of a thought Aubrey, let the guest finish... lol

I know you have seen or heard that many arts and schools in the past throughout time have discovered certain unique numbers, sequences and patterns that are useful, but I don't think you are giving this enough significance. While watching something about this on Gaia TV about secret numbers I learned that they are inline with and they match the patterns between the planets size and movement in the solar system. So many things I would love to comment on from your discussion and I am only 45 minute into it, but this is screaming at me: when you talk about the energy of the sun I think you need to repeat this sentiment in layman's terms all the time and connect it to our everyday experience and everyday knowledge of today's science. What am I talking about? The solar system preceded all of the evolution of biology on earth, so everything we know including physics, since physics is studied through the lens of an organism that evolved on earth, has the clockwork of the solar system built into it because that is the environment it evolved within. So these numbers are in all biology including ourselves. This is why there is an imperial system. The increments the imperial system evolved out of old numerology that was useful representation of life on earth. I think you should be asking what is the metric system and how is it useful in a different way from numerology that humans have found useful since they discovered numbers. I also think you should consider that some of the numerology may be so powerful that we now have an aversion to it, and you should be working to get everyone else working against that aversion. Numerology probably was used to make false promises so many times and lead to so many abuses of power that we can't put faith in numerology anymore, but what if we are ready. What if we need to prepare ourselves to be ready. Do you see what I mean? For example, if we reveal some secrets right now, then someone is going to win the stock market and destabilize the economy, but fate stops us from letting that happen. But the closer we get to security that stems from mulit-polar systems, the closer we get to trusting the numerology because letting people know about it no longer has fatal consequences, or at least fewer, and fewer, and fewer, and so on, ad infinitum. Do you see what I mean? You are experiencing an aversion to the old numerology as you read what I write, and it is the same aversion that is in all of us everywhere for good reason, and because of the age of reason. But post "age of reason," it would make sense that our aversion starts to lessen and we help each other do so. So far we have begun to talk about our aversion to God, but next we start to talk about our aversion to this. It is the next step, logically. The big significance i believe is that it's possible to offer people a scientific foundation for spiritual growth and experiences that includes numerology but doesn't require belief in God, and I don't think we have been able to offer this to humanity in our history until this now. Why is this required? Well we had to take God out of government, and so we need to do the same for spirituality and/or education. Where does God remain? I don't know right now, maybe culture.

I valued the interuptions.. as in was a conversation.. and a lot of Aubreys relating and and interjections.. gave for comparisons and chance for john to highlight differences ... of experi3nce and embodiment ... all viatally important for some of us... im quite versed at the study of the seven layers ... as im moving through the 4th level ... the causal body... so aubreys questions and ponderings were great for me in understanding the struggles in defining ... moving through 4th to 5th then swinging back into 3rd dimensional embodiment! ... which is actually what sooo many of us are going theough on the planet... which can be confusing to some... well done Aubrey.. thankyou for your positive input... after all its not meant to be a one man l3cture!! Physical, emotional, and mental initiations are not linear. They are applied as each level is achieved. No single enlightened being treads the same path. However, all aspects must be completely developed

Ego = everything you have learnt "this " lifetime. It is really important to be here now. So this ego is very important. Ego is always looking for value...Outside of us through validation. Doesn't check with the heart. Most people are fight or flight. It's all cool. But to walk that ego down into the heart and breath.

According to Billy Carson (a.k.a. 4biddenknowledge) the Anunnaki put telemear caps on chromosome #2 of our DNA and shortened our life spans from 900 years to 120 years. He said they did a study at one of these big universities and took some mice and uncapped that chromosome and the mice lived 3 times there normal life span.

Once we innerstand Oneness with the Creator/Self/The Abolute, that everything in creation is made of the same cosmic consciousness that is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient, that the whole of creation is the individual component of the whole/ummanifest, then all discussions cease...Until then keep seeking and discussing. That's why the ascended/enlightened ones only meditated and did not involve themselves in discussions. They purify the world by the manner in which they conduct themselves. Aum.🙏

Funny how many comments feel like the synergy was an interruption. I thrive on their active synergy, completing eachother’s sentences and free styling the Kabbalah meets Planetary Dharma parallels. Don’t resonate with the word ‘Kingdom’ as where we’re headed as it doesn’t evoke a kingdom of kings, which is a different thing and needs a better word. But also I think the hive mycelial intelligence of complex systems is the tone of new relational ecologies. What are better words for those worlds our heart know are possible?

🙏🏻First of all, thanks and appreciation to Aubrey for bringing this very insightful and helpful talk to those of us who seeks these spiritual knowledge and to John Churchill for generously sharing his in depth understanding and profound insights into the subject he is passionate about and well versed in.
It is indeed a very interesting topic with much in-depth revelations into the Rabbit hole.
Unfortunately too much cutting off from both sides had disturb the flow for us listeners, there’s a mirroring in between interviewer’s and speaker’s energies, to be fair there’s cutting off and not having enough “You are another Me” consciousness to hold space for one another and not being patient enough(i.e. rushing in to get their points; views etc across) to the other allowing enough space and time to finish off what they want to share to the people interested in the subject, which is inconsiderate and disrespectful towards their viewers/listeners from and on both sides.
Good bad aside, All in all, a very good reflection and introspection for all of us(which is ONE) to learn from; integrate with and transcend from this plain of duality unconsciousness to Unity Consciousness.

I really would like to hear an explanation of the process of forgiveness energetically, so i can try to explain to regular fox that don' t care about all that. I usually say : you can' t say the house is clean if the trash is still stinking the kitchen but energy wise how does it work?

This interview is bursting with such amazing information but I wish Aubrey would just let the guest speak. We all know Aubrey knows a lot on the subject, he doesn't need to prove that to us! Let the guest be the star of the podcast, saying less is more sometimes in this case.

Agreed. If we want more John, we can look up his organization and study with him. Speaking for you and myself and many others, I'm sure, we also learn from Aubrey's tangents and asides. AND (apparently Aubrey's favorite preposition), he always brings the discourse back around to the subject at hand. I listen to many of Aubrey's podcasts and learn a great deal from most (there've been one or two guests I didn't particularly like). Loved this guest, John Churchill, and am hoping Aubrey has him back soon for another conversation...jamming and rambling included.
My gut tells me that everyone takes a different order to the path based on their gifts they came here with. For instance, it was though meditation that I became inspired to clean my dieta and really place focus on the physical. like its a color wheel instead of staircase.

The rainbow 🌈 analogy is very interesting to me, for one I’ve been using this recently myself to describe the inner chakras, the various frequencies of each…but for anyone who has seen Jesus or other masters in vision, I’m sure many would attest to seeing him/them in a golden light. The (pot of gold) light at the end of the rainbow. The god head.. highest source of light
