After you finish from making leaves, then open them in Photoshop and write any name on it including decorating it.

Hello, you mean that you would like to make a template from your paper work ?
There are a several ways to do it.
For example, once you create your paper art work then try to make a photo from it and in Photoshop make some adjustments and save it as a PSD or PNG or TIF.
If that's what you asking for , otherwise make it clear what exactly you would like to know, i will be glad to explain more.
