Hey Guys! Just to further emphasize my point, I only make $3 every 14,000 views. That’s really bad when it takes many weeks, sometimes months to create a video. So as you can see, it’s no longer financially helpful. ALSO! When I say choppy or rushed animations get a ton of views on UA-cam, I’m not calling anyone out or discouraging anyone. As you saw from my example, I used to be the same. And as I upgraded my craft, everything with views and ad rev went down. As an artist, I can resort to downgrading again. I always want to learn and improve, and I’m certain those who have have heavy flaws in their animations (but big views) will learn the way I did to improve, and hopefully they won’t be punished by UA-cam for improving. Keep creating, keep learning, and keep doing what makes you happy! ❤️ -DGDX

Goes to show how bad UA-cam is treating you that I just found the channel :p I decided to enroll in your animation classes, I whish I had seen this earlier (like a year ago).
There’s a lot of truth in this video. UA-cam has slowed a lot of people down by changing and restructuring its algorithm to benefit trash. The real people know where to find your work. Keep killing it man!

It’s been really great this last year seeing your Instagram explode the way it has. Your animations are as good if not better than Robot Chicken’s and they’re always a joy to watch. Thank you DG I am a huge fan of your videos and would always watch videos like Justice Assembled and began to get interested in the creative side of it however I soon realised when I was watching your videos as cool as your animations were it was the actual story I was interested in and that then got me interested in Writing since then I have written my own elseworld style Superhero stories and hope to do it on a bigger platform one day so I just want to say thank you for giving me this interest and hope you are successful with everything you do in the future because you deserve it

You were my CHILDHOOD (even tho I'm not techincally big , I'm 14) but I'll admit , I stopped watching stop motion vids cause it just wasn't "The thing everybody else was watching" , Just 2 hours ago I was searching thru my old videos that I saved on my computer a long time ago , and then I stumbled on one of your vids I downloaded back in 2015 and boy was I reminiscing old memories...you really brought a part of me back that I had forgotten. #thanksbro👍

You kill it on Instagram, it's insane how hard it is to stay consistent with views and the quality of each animation, I'm no where the amount of experience you're at but, I'm already seeing, my videos just don't get veiws, no one sees them, no matter how far I promote it and tag things, it sucks, excited for justice assembled in the future and hope your new short film does well

Its hard to do stop motion but still working on some good one's
I’m glad you’re happy and stable making stop motion in other platform and for other people (love the bbts series). I remember watching your videos when I was kid with my brother and saying I want to do that and I did, I’ve been making stop motion for 8+ years but 6 on UA-cam, now uploading on UA-cam is not worth (not saying I’m top tier or my level is high as yours/ other) but putting the time and effort to make videos when you’re still in high school for little traction is not worth, my channel gets the same amount of views monthly as 2 years ago with a fraction of subs and even lower quality videos is just not worth any more. Thinking of uploading videos on TikTok 🤔😂

Cardboard Bots my Instagram animations are short, and YT hates short content. I will most likely put them together in a compilation and release them later on tho.

ARW Stopmotion no you’re not. Keep it at. I’m just saying there are many instances where UA-cam rewards those who put less effort too often. I used myself as an example when comparing Superman Vs Terminator 1&2. So much more effort went into 2, and it’s no where close to the success of the first which had less effort put in. No matter what, if you love what you’re doing, keep at it and find new ways for people to see what you love to do. ❤️
