I make my own "meat" flour, which works very well as substitute for every other flour. For example, I buy a rotisserie chicken and place the meat in the oven at a low temperature to dehydrate it. Then blizz it in my processor and the flour is ready
I'm seeing more and more suggestions for meat flours. I personally wouldn't use chicken because of the Omega 6 content, but beef, pork, or bison would be interesting. How does meat flour cook up in baked goods such as bread and cookies?
@@Jolene_MorrisI've made it also with cooked ground beef and it turns out OK. I usually use meat flour instead of almond flour and taste and onsistency are reasonable. Of course, "bread" as we used to know it, doesn't bake really well unless you use wheat
This is very helpful. Thank you for all the information and tips 😊
You are so welcome!
I appreciate your chart.
Glad you like it. Thanks for the comment.

Do you have a homemade keto flour blend recipe?
Yes, I do! I'll record me making my lupin flour bread tomorrow and post a video for you.
