not true im literally being told as of today that the only way this works is if i am buying a house over 100 miles aways from the current primary residence regardless of whether or not the current primary residence is fha or conventional.

I think lenders are more hesitant to lend to you if you already have a primary residence in the area.

Yes this is true likely depending on the lender but mg advice is base on the actual rule of fha but every lender has their own rules
