- There are musical cowbells, and then there are the ones Swiss artisan Stéphane Brügger makes by hand for actual cows to wear. Brügger’s ornately beautiful creations are customized with images of the Swiss cross, a cottage, a cow and two edelweiss. The most expensive go for more than $4,000. We joined the artist in his workshop in Fribourg, Switzerland, to learn the art and craft of cowbell making.

Swiss french is way more understandable than any french I heard in France. That's wild
We speak slightly slower and (probably because of that) articulate better than French people, generally speaking. I'm surprised that you find him easier to understand though, because he has a pretty strong local accent.

A cow weighs from 600kg to 800kg or more, cowbells from 7 to 13 kg (the heaviest always go to the dominant cows thus the strongest and the biggest) for cows it's nothing since their srongest muscles are concentrated around the neck. Though with the very heavy cowbels up to 20 kg, which are only used in parades, you can definitely see the struggle in the face of the creatures wielding them : the cowbell ringers.

Achmad Farhan - cats usually have a reason, it’s so they don’t kill a bunch of birds and such outside. for cows it’s so they can locate them from miles and miles away, for example (or as he said heavy mountain fog)
