(Before I fall asleep 😊) I must say as others do, your energy is beautiful…& I loved this session in particular Nelle, thank you💝 I so related to your description of rumination, not being able to slow brain waves down… being given space to tell you what keeps me awake was very therapeutic and touching. 💜 Then lulled by gentle soft chatting and explanations, so melodic, the pace and cadence was perfect and rhythmic and soothing. Like being tucked in and told a bedtime story almost! The whispering is my fave you are exquisite ☺️✨ your hand movements are amazing! Lovely and mesmerizing. - 👍🏼😌soft tapping, spray, raking, kyanite triggers- and then golden light body scan for tension with selenite, feather, chakras?? I was done for! Wonderful, all of it.
