No we didnt rent.
Did they allowed you to take baby food inside
that time, we didnt bring any special food but i think its possible, they are not so strict when there's a baby.

Did they have stroller rental?
They have. Most parts of the resort, including the restaurants, retail stores and toilets, are wheelchair- and stroller-friendly. Over at Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium, you can rent a wheelchair at a flat rate of SGD15 per day. Stroller rentals are also available from SGD20.
