Honestly one of the best apartment tours I've seen, and I watch a lot of them. Great production. Great layout and furniture selection, you should make more videos!
Love this video! This is how an apt tour should be conducted. I hate it when people mention where each piece is from. He just linked everything or we can just ask about a piece we like. Good job!
So are you an interior decorator? If not, you should be. Nice to have someone of your obvious talent here but you might want to turn around and go back to Canada. I lived in Seattle many years ago on Capitol Hill. At the time it was artsy, edgy, vibrant, a little dangerous and fun. Now I don't go near Seattle if I can help it. Good luck. In the meantime, keep the videos coming. You're good at it.
Your place is sick man. How was your apt search? Currently scouting places in SLU or Capitol Hill. Trying to figure out how far out units are typically available.
I think Washington law is that tenents only have to give a 20 day notice when they want to move out and not renew their lease. Keep that in mind when you're hunting. Also I used to live in SLU and althought it's clean, there's not a lot going on in that area and it's pretty dead. It's only really close to a lot of tech offices.
"Kinda minimal" is right. This popped up because of minimalism videos I've watched. But this isn't minimalism at all, I felt that way immediately in the beginning when I saw all those sneakers and exercise equipment.
Yeah it’s not true minimalism. It’s a very functional space and I have some things that mean a lot to me that completely go against minimalism. I don’t think I’d ever be able to go completely minimal. If I take the plants and art out of the space, it becomes quite minimal but isn’t quite homey and feels void of any personality!
Probably the best welcome sign I ever seen

@@urlbyurielle sorry but can you translate to English or Spanish?
@@astridgarcia2684 I agree with you! Telling where the pieces are from is usually useless
