You can download a log bundle from vcenter, if you login to the vcenter management interface (:5480) and select actions, create support bundle. Once the bundle has downloaded to your computer, unzip it with something like 7-zip and you'll have the logs there. Alternatively you can use WinSCP and connect to your vcenter IP, then browse to /storage/log and download the log files you need
