    It's nice to watch guys this good still get off pace and compete with each other and say, "that hurt." Reminds you they aren't superhuman and certainly makes me feel a little bit better about some of my workouts.

    Not exactly the most controlled workout. But if they're just shooting for sub 2:20 then i guess it works

    Paul Chelimo is a great runner obviously, but should know not to get pulled along on the second to last rep and falling of pace on the last rep.

      You are right, but then again Chelimo is a tactical train wreck, he just can never get it right. Being a good runner is one thing, but you have to use your head too, and that is just something Chelimo cannot do.
