Hi Shela. In terms of topics like "Duties of an Attorney" and "Mandate" - I don't see these topics laid out this way in the LEAD guides. How did you navigate this?
Heey ☺️ I used memos and LEAD material to make my study notes. Between the two, whichever one is explained better is where my focus would be. Are you seeing inconsistencies between my slides and your notes?
@@shelateffo no not between your slides and my notes. I just feel like for a person who would be writing the exams for the first time, I would look at my LEAD guides. However, the guide does not set out the work the way you are explaining. Please have a look at the guide under the relevant topics like “Fit and Proper Person” or “Rights and Duties of an Attorney” and they aren’t laid out the same. In fact some information in your slides is missing in the guide. I’m not sure if you understand what I mean.
To certain extent i feel like the guide is not straight to the point. E.g. just simply listing all duties of an attorney and briefly explaining them. Whereas your notes, gawies notes, Di Gibsons notes etc get straight to the point. I may be wrong and not approaching the notes correctly. Please let me know if I’m not/how you approached the guide.
