    I learned a valuable lesson
    I only both 1 pair of linen pants for a all white party( (received sooo many compliments)really wanted rusk color thought i would wait
    Then i wanted black finale skirt
    Both items completely sold out
    So i have learned my lesson.
    I love and appreciate you

    I’m 70 my hair was thinning some I do not relax my hair but I do color my hair because I for myself do not like gray on me on others it’s beautiful not on me😢I do wear hair pieces and occasionally wigs just to give my hair a rest it seems to be working so far however my hair is not getting thicker is getting longer I had it very short for awhile but long medium length works best I can wear up or down and of course I have my hair pieces my hair is similar to yours when we go to the beach I just go natural when I want it straight I just blow it out. Your hair is gorgeous just do you you look amazing ❤️Keep shining ✨✨✨

      Thank you so much! I alternate between wearing it naturally or flat ironed. It's nice to have options but I wish it was as thick as it used to be. I just deal with what is and try to make the best of it!

      Presently I don't have any specific process and I need to grab hold to the reins because I'm out of control! I try to do 16-8 fasting (eight hour window for eating & 16 hours of non-eating). That keeps me somewhat under control but I need structure and specifics when it comes to calorie intake. That's what I need to get back to but counting calories is such a chore!

    I love your grey hair. And, it was enjoyable, watching you use the brush and flat iron it. I love your authenticity! In October of 2022, I just decided not to put yet another rinse on my hair. I was done with grey hair popping up within days of my having color-rinsed my hair. Like you, I have an approximately two inch wide streak across the front, which has turned out to be quite attractive! I have been pleasantly surprised at how becoming my greys are, at least so far... I must admit, I still love red hair, but I have come to recognize just how gorgeous grey hair is, on women in general! I am so happy that I have embraced mine! Oh, I know it is a little late, but if you read this comment, please share the brand of the lip gloss you were wearing while doing your hair. Thanks much!

    Don’t cut your hair short. That way you can put it up like you do. It looks beautiful. You look very beautiful with your hair and it does not look thin. It may be thin because you’re up close and personal with it but to us it does not look good, you could also use texture spray to help give you volume. It really does help.

    I'm 2 and half yrs, no dye and am fully transitioned. But the 1/3 lower part is 50-50 salt and pepper. And the top 2/3 is 75% salt and 25% pepper. So even though I'm fully transitioned (no dye in my hair), it still looks like I'm not done. If I want to keep my length, it probably gonna take another 6-12 mos of growing and trimming. But it's so worth it, not to dye anymore.

    • @DebraBerry
      @DebraBerry  Рік тому +1

      It is soooo worth it to not have to keep doing touch-ups. I still have a bit of brown on my ends but one more trim will get rid of those. It's such an accomplishment to be done!

    @tigre9271 Рік тому

    If you're interested there is a spray that you can spray on your scalp, to minimize the look of the bare spots. It's called GOOD LOOKING HAIR in Silver gray. I use it in my part and also, where I have a scalp scar. It says it's silver gray, but it's really like a medium charcoal gray, not silver at all. I try not to get it on my hair because it will darken my silver. It's pricey. But my can lasts 6 mos. Got it on Amazon.

    Your hair is beautiful. The first time I cut my in a pixie cut to get rid of the color. Then I let a stylist talk me into dying it. The next time I just let it grow out the dye was making it thinner. I’m like you I have a little color on the tips but with all the trims it will eventually be gone. Hello Debra: I just came across your channel, I must say I never knew I had a twin sister out there. I love me a white outfit and I usually pair all my white with no other colours but brown. I am seventy and biracial had tons of hair when I was younger, but now I just used Moroccan hair products for my hair. I used the shampoo and conditioner, then I washed out towel dry and used a bit of leave in treatment for straight hair and protection oil for flat ironing. I go to my hair dresser ever Saturday or Friday it depends if I am out away for the week-ends. Also I do a silk treatment once in the summer months or a “ Me Too hair silk” every six weeks for the summer months if I am not going to used a silk treatment that last for the whole summer. I used to keep my hair long like yours like a shoulder Bob, but now I cut it at the bottom of my neck into a short Bob where I can part it in the middle or sometime cut a bang where I can part it on my left or right. I just started using a home made remedy which my husband makes for me to give me some volume. You just boil some bay leaves with spice and cloves and spray it in your hair at nights and then I put a edge treatment around the edges and scalp and tied it up at nights. If I have to go out during the week. I would get up early do my exercises and wash out and styled. If I don’t have anywhere to go during the week I just leave it tied up until I go to my hairdresser on the week-ends. I don’t coloured my hair only the roots every third week in the month, but sometimes I put in some highlights. I do have a lot of wigs that I had purchased a while back but never wore them, but I do keep them in case there is an emergency and I have that treatment I used for thickening my hair. Most of them are styles for Rihanna or lady Diana. I butchered it once clean off in my forties because a hairdresser fried one side that is when I decided to butch it all off and wore the wigs until it grown back. I think we must be born under the same star, because I am OCD and finicky just like you. I liked a lot of chunky jewellery, but I do wear the little tasty ones for special occasions. The more chunky ones, I usually wear in the summer time or on vacations. I do like unusual pieces or exotic clothing and pieces that are different that are from the one of a kind shows. In that way you can always pulled a piece or set and always looks as if they just came off the runway. I do like special designers clothing. They fit me well and I looked really good in them. It is like the white lace pieces you shown us right away you can see it belongs on your body. Remembered the housewives from New York her name was name was Alex Vampemp she would wear the most beautiful pieces of garments from Blue and Cream that fitted her to a glove. Those are the pieces that would catches my eyes. I like Urban Zen by Donna Karen, Escalade, Alaia, Dolce and Gabanna, Brunello Cucinelle, Brandon Maxwell, Junya Watanbe, Rick Owens and quite a few other designers. I will continue to keep up with your videos now that I have found you. Thanks for sharing. Good luck and all the best to you and your wonderful flair. Keep up the good work.
