I think the outcome came out beautiful and you won't fine another one like it anywhere. I am a sewer when the need comes and I understood exactly what is was you were doing.
This is just beautiful! Now you have a lovely keepsake for years to come. I’m so happy I got this stamp set, I haven’t had the chance to use it just yet but I’m excited to try it out! ~ Roxanne ♥️♥️
Love how this project turned out! The patchwork technique really adds a nice rustic feel to this pillow. this is my favorite stamp from the new IOD release, they are so detailed and beautiful. keep the projects coming!!
I love, love, love your tree pillow!!! I like that your video was a little more complicated! It was unique and inspirational! Just what I needed for the motivation I was seeking!! Now I'm going to go ink up my stamp pads! I think mine are to dry too!! Thanks sooo much!!😆
You have to seal the paint with a poly topcoat, water based, before you add the transfer. Make sure the paint and topcoat are totally dry. I don’t use wax as a topcoat too often. Only on raw wood or antiques. Hope that helps
I love it!
Thank you!
Love this idea and am going to the store tomorrow to get fabric (no scraps available) and make 2 for my living room. Thanks so much for the idea.❤
I am so glad! Post it when you are finished, would love to see it!
Oh Peggy, this pillow is absolutely beautiful! This is definitely one of a kind, and everything you do comes out so great!
I was a home dec seamstress for over 20 years so I can make a throw pillow with my eyes closed!
@@GardenhouseStudioVT I'm jealous! 😊
So fun to see an outside-of-the-box way to use the stamp. Love your pillow.
Thanks so much! I try to give alternative ways to use the stamps. The detail is amazing on these trees.

Love you tree pillow......I might try to do one,,,,,,,if I can make a deal with my sewing machine. She thinks her job is to slowly drive me nuts......
Thank you. I hear you, I had trouble in my early sewing days but now I have commercial machines and they are quick and efficient!

Thanks for stopping by!
You had me till the zipper😑. However, I would make the back like a sham. Beautiful project.
LOL So many people are afraid of putting in zippers. A sham would be perfect! Thank you!
How many different greens did you use? I’ll need to mix some different shades.
Hi there, I used 4 different greens and a couple of the trees I used 2 ink pads on the same stamp. Have fun!
My transfers won’t stick to my project. I used diy chalk paint and diy clear wax. Am I missing something?

@ thank you. Like the diy big top, I think it’s called?
