All formal gatherings were required for the attendees of Prince/Princess🧐. Upper Society/Royal Members would never socialize/rub elbows with concubines/mistresses🤔 For some strange reasons in C-🎭🎭 the screenwriters/directors like to give the concubines/mistresses more power than what they actually had/have🧐 Thinking maybe the screenwriters/directors’ mothers in real life are mistresses🤫🤫🤫
To clarify, the 2FL has no title or place in the marquess household when the young marquess brought her back home thinking she was his saviour. He does not marry her because his mother is still after the FL's fortune and need to appear to side with the FL. When the FL attends the emperor's banquet, she could bring her family - the young marquess and his servant or mistress. He being the marquess, would be able to sit nearer to the king.
Anyone ever noticed how all these green teas have major “crazy eyes” going on?? Lol like how do any of them get away with anything when look at anyone like that? Great actresses. Lol
I'm not a fan of unintelligent scumbags being the romantic ML especially in this format because there is no change to who they are as a person for the FL to end with them. He still a jerk just with new information. They hid a lot of her planning behind closed doors from the audience which would be fine if executed properly in totality as far as the character is concerned, unfortunately FL character wasn't consistent and was plain dumb for no reason at points. For instance, she kept saying she wants to protect the baby but didn't reprimand her maid for letting the cat out the bag twice. Then, to end it all she went to a meeting she knew was a trap and BAM, it caused her to miscarry. This shows how these characters are meaningless to the story and they are nothing but sacrifices for the plot. The writer needed her to go into the relationship child free and decided they just make her end it herself through stupidity. There was no reason for her to end up pregs the second time around. This was okay, but lots of missteps. I'll save it to watch again though.

劇情發展相較有文有路，只是那玉石緊大得嚇人的假！改為一半大小的也已很誇張了！
