20241113 Tropical Update Potential for Sara in the Caribbean SISE

Atmospheric and oceanic conditions are coming together in the Caribbean. There is a 90% chance that we will have a tropical cyclone in the next two days. We are monitoring global weather patterns that may impact this system as it forms then moves toward the Gulf of Mexico. There is much we still do not know with regard to a Florida impact but I break it down for you in this update.
