So for your trebuchet question. The difference is a catapult uses tension to launch something, where a trebuchet uses a counterweight. Generally the counterweight allows the trebuchet to launch bigger projectiles, and launch them farther than a catapult can. Also, I dunno if you do requests for the masters series, but if you do could you play Morgan Le Fey?

@@evandunn9942 kind of? Just Turned sideways. They put a really heavy rock on one side and hold that side up in the air with a rope. Then a smaller rock to throw on the other. Cut the rope, toss the smaller stone. Victory

While both are siege machines, the catapult has a lower range, uses a spring loaded mechanism to hurl objects and it's faster to load while the trebuchet has a much longer range and it uses an heavy counterweight to be able to "fire", it also takes longer to reset
Also, the arc of the projectile is different. Catapults have a much lower arc and are more directional damage. Think cannon. A trebuchet more or less lobs the projectile towards the target, which allows it to go over walls. Think of mortars or artillery.

I've been running this build as camazotz starting with blink and it kinda slays. Play him extremely aggressively and it usually works out pretty well. Blink in, abilities and auto attack and jump away if needed
I'm really loving the fact that I can play a full damage and Mage in solo, and this patch made smite so much fun again

Cabbraken with a slipknot skin would of been cool, those walls be bring up could be music amps rising up, his earthquak style attack being drum soundwaves for example
I think it was pretty lazy making 9 skins but for 3 gods. cabs two could be a cymbal clap too, such wasted potential

But it is what it is ig, though we have to keep in mind one of the 3 gods they picked even had a rock/metal band themed skin already, and the fact despite 3 skins for each god is different characters, the pairs of 3 has the exact same sfx, which was disapointing
And we wont even talk about the prices to earn all 9 in theory, they wanted money and did bare minimum for it tbh

warrior items are bad because they have no pressure. not enough early stats to apply pressure on backline, and by the time you’re online so are the backline who can shred you before you can do anything. is what it is.

Think a lot of people don't understand what you said right at the end that dying a lot let's you get high damage, so often the 8/10/0 people think they did great because they did top damage on the team while also constantly dying in enemy jungle etc.
I guess lot of medieval warfare specialists also play smite.

Why golden blade and not hasten katana?
Golden blade is to farm faster while getting good stats and allowing aoe autos in teamfights. Hastened is really only good on baka because his kit doesn't allow for him to be safe and auto without it
Crit feels op late yeah. Also is it just me or has there been a lot of players dying a bit too much on this patch for how much tankier everyone got? I get it's a new patch, but it's like the players are newer to smite. Warriors that I've seen build more dmg still do fine tho for the most part. Maybe I'm wrong idk.
they're testing the waters to see how much more survivability they get in practice, you'll see less deaths by like week 2
