Hmp Inverness in Scotland should be on this list it only has capacity for 103 but averages 117 and that’s remand and longer term up to 4 years surprising considering it covers the largest area geographically
Hatfield was sound when I went there in 2003, finishing off my 5 - until I got kicked out to Moorlands for charges that later got dismissed a couple of weeks later. Never got back to the Cat D though...😡
