Glad you like it! It turned out as good as I pictured it in my mind. But this is just the first part, figuring out what plants to put in is the second part of the problem. We would not like the tall plants blocking the view of the back!
Ive never seen pots set up like this in a garden bed…. I love it so creative!! I can’t wait to see what beautiful succulents you use to fill them out ☺️
I can’t wait to see the finish project and your beautiful kids are getting so big and I love that they still like to hang around with you in the back yard 🙏🏼

Feeling your pain with showel and wheelbarrow ,😅 (currently bringing in lots of soil to stage my Aeoniums). Like they way you approach your design. Would definitely put or at least add high plants at the back in order to accentuate the drama and contrast to the lower front.
I could see one or two of the big Echeveria gibbiflora type of plants as highlights working in the bowls that you want to have the String of Pearls in. Do you plan to bury the terracotta pots for stability or were they just for helping design the shape? Either way in those parts you want to have them crowded, maybe add plants between the bowls and pots that can grow a bit higher, like Sedum Rubrotinctum or some of the removed Crassula tetragona.
I know I said in the video that I didn't plan to use my large gibbifloras in the cascade. But man, now that you mention highlight, I could definitely see one screaming up there, then everything else flowing out from it. Now I want to use it lol! As for the terracotta pots, yeah I plan to fill and surround them with soil to lock them in place once I have finalised the placement. Good suggestion on what to do with the gaps, will likely do that too.
