I'm so confused, and why does she feel the need to constantly question his motive when the first thing on their mind there was just to call the cops first and nothing else
Just shows you how quickly things can change when the rest of someones life is involved and they're highly aware of this. Never trust someones demeanor when you dont know them. If you are ever in this situation, keep yourself as safe as possible and make your choices wisely and be aware that if youre holding someone for the police, the person you are holding has two decisions to make and depending on his morals, there could attempt to take your life so they don't have to spend time behind bars.
its sad an innocent person has died here, especially a mother. however that is quite possibly the WORST ive ever seen a situation like that handled. this EASILY could have been avoided. now dont get me wrong, i am NOT defending the intruder or his actions in any way. the actions taken by the mother and her daughters was appauling, from allowing the intruder get within arms reach multiple times, not taking the situation seriously, due to the intruder being of young age i believe that disarmed them mentally and they downplayed the situation because of it. the daughter SHOULD have called the police. and they should not have held the intruder there like that, it was half assed at best. you either let the guy go and lock down the house till police arrive ensuring the safety of your family. or you back up, tell your daughters to follow suit off to one side away from the intruder so you dont accidentally shoot your own daughters or the intruder uses them as a hostage. and order him to the floor while keeping the gun aimed and ready to fire till police arrive. third option is shoot if he comes close. thats it. they had so many chances to end this differently. insane
As tragic as this is... the woman literally put the gun in the air when the dude came close. I know someone dying is sad and all but honestly she did it to herself. She had no control at all in that situation.
She shouldn’t have brought the gun out and acted tuff when she wasn’t ready to shoot in the first place. She was calling him buddy boy but was afraid to pull the trigger 😹
what a great example that sometimes owning a gun doesnt help you stay protected... it can kill you. She let the power get to her head and acted offensively ( I get it she wanted justice) but the moment you stop playing the defensive it opens you up to insane levels of risk, and clearly she had no knowledge on proper distance/risk management. If a person breaks into your house you should assume they are insane, the goal is to get the insane person out of your house asap, not to get instant justice.
Two things. They should have let him out the house when he wanted to leave. Lock the door and keep him out. Also, never threaten someone with a gun. If you're going to aim a gun at a home intruder, do not wait to pop him a few times. Aim, then shoot. Do not aim, then talk...
Hell... All he was holding in the skit was the hockey stick, and not in any way he'd be able to use it as a weapon... They could have tackled him any time...
This is a really sad situation but you got me fucked up if you think im running after watching my mom struggle with an intruder over a weapon. She let him get wayyyyyy too close and while he was that close she was looking down at her phone and not at him! One of the daugthers should have called 911 instead of filming the damn thing! If someone breaks into your house you dont act like that you treat it as a serious threat and if they get close you blast there ass not sit there and talk to him and let them two steps away from you with a hockey stick and a life on them!! Again sorry for the family but this is absolutely dumb if someone breaks into your house you take it FUCKING SERIOUSLLY not have a conversation and asking him why hes there who cars why hes there, hes there and you need to focus on the threat!!!
Never try to be a hero in that kind of situation especially when he was trying to get away. You don't know what that person is capable of, how many accomplices they have outside etc. It's not worth it.
This is really sad. I understand that these ladies were trying to control the situation, but when someone is in your home with weapons and is threatening you, that's when you stop talking and start defending yourself. A lesson we can all learn when comes to intruders is to blast first and ask questions later, not the other way around. I know that sounds bad but it's self-preservation and smart defence. It's so unfortunate that it went bad this time around. Also, why did they not let him leave? Keeping him there was like cornering an animal; when trapped an animal will do anything to survive.

The daughter literally stood in his way to stop him and the mother didn't know she should have at least have him on his knees, or at best put a bullet through him to make a point, she was in her rights to do so. But yeah, unfortunate how it ended, it could've all gone a lot better had either taken more proper action.
I'm pretty sure the mom knew he was a kid, which was why she didn't want to shoot and was telling him off. That's why that whole video seemed a bit weird. I'm also guessing she assumed he wouldn't be capable of actually attacking her like that due to how awkward he seemed. It isn't her fault that she didn't expect someone who be a complete disgusting monster, though I do believe the family should've called the police way earlier.
@@deepsavings3126 No, if any person gets into your house and is armed then the person should completely be ready to defend themselves. Especialyl if theyre 2ft away and theyre acting like they have an option in if you call the cops or not.
Just because of how person sounds would not make any sane person think they arent a threat, when they are ticking all the boxes.
21 foot rule. Don’t own a gun without knowing it.
I feel like it's likely that the gun belongs to the father, not her and she wasn't trained in using one.
I learned 25ft, but same thing. distance tool. knives can close distance pretty quick, basically be far away from the knife wielder and your chances of survival go way up.
2.5ft? you're getting stabbed, or your gun stolen.
@@deepsavings3126 yeah but the father isn't going to be home 24/7 just like this case, the mother is second in command and probably should have learned gun control and safety.
@@wrx1th873 I mean its not just gun control, she was way too relaxed and gave him too many options. Hell, she would done a thousand times better if she just told her daughter to get on the phone instead and had both her hands on the gun
@bennogb5069 that too but honestly, she doesn't even have to do all that if all she had to do is let him leave. The talk about gun control and safety would make sense if she claims self-defense, and whatnot but that self-defense scenario is out the window if she isn't letting him leave.
Man why didn’t she pull it…. Damn I know he’s a kid and she’s a mother but naw. U broke in AND u have a knife with two women in the room.
yeah nothing stopping him from hurting her family either. She couldve told him to atleast go to the other side of the room and get her daughter next to her and then told her to call the cops.
She wouldnt have had to make the choice of pulling it if she took him seriously when hes a threat to her family.
Made me pretty angry how poorly it was handeled, even if she was panicking she seemed way too relaxed.
"blurred his face for privacy" then there is a photo right next to it showing him what he looks like lmfao
I know!!😂
Fun fact your gun dont mean shit if you're within arms reach
also not as accurate with only one hand on the gun most of the time and as you can see here, you can lose your gun pretty easy too with only one hand.
two hands on the gun, sight down the barrel and not on your phone, finger off trigger until you've made the conscious decision to fire, etc. etc.
she did none of that. I'm honestly surprised she didn't start pointing the gun at her children, unless she did and I just didn't notice
@@peds9260 She thought the threat of a gun would be enough. Big mistake :(
@@Ebb0Productions people unfortunately don't know guns aren't intimidation tools. it's a deadly force tool to defend yourself from a deadly threat.
@@peds9260guns are weapons meant only to kill, your weapon of death can easily be taken and used to kill you or other people. The US is one of the only countries with this dystopian and barbaric problem. Solutions are easy but the gun industry will not allow it.
Everything turnt out the worst way possible, and how is the mom so comfortable with holding a gun and their phone in their other hand and looking away with the home intruder standing just right in front of them within arm length reach instead of maybe finding a bigger space somewhere outside where it's easier or safer to just secure or hold the intruder in one place while they call for the cops?? I'm so confused, and why does she feel the need to constantly question his motive when the first thing on their mind there was just to call the cops first and nothing else
fr. i dont give a rats ass why that clown was in the house. I wouldnt want him there any second longer. Such poor trash gun control... Damn...
Idk who's worse. The chatters or the people that actually read chat
Just shows you how quickly things can change when the rest of someones life is involved and they're highly aware of this. Never trust someones demeanor when you dont know them.
If you are ever in this situation, keep yourself as safe as possible and make your choices wisely and be aware that if youre holding someone for the police, the person you are holding has two decisions to make and depending on his morals, there could attempt to take your life so they don't have to spend time behind bars.
yeah she gave him way too many options and leeway

its sad an innocent person has died here, especially a mother. however that is quite possibly the WORST ive ever seen a situation like that handled. this EASILY could have been avoided. now dont get me wrong, i am NOT defending the intruder or his actions in any way. the actions taken by the mother and her daughters was appauling, from allowing the intruder get within arms reach multiple times, not taking the situation seriously, due to the intruder being of young age i believe that disarmed them mentally and they downplayed the situation because of it. the daughter SHOULD have called the police. and they should not have held the intruder there like that, it was half assed at best. you either let the guy go and lock down the house till police arrive ensuring the safety of your family. or you back up, tell your daughters to follow suit off to one side away from the intruder so you dont accidentally shoot your own daughters or the intruder uses them as a hostage. and order him to the floor while keeping the gun aimed and ready to fire till police arrive. third option is shoot if he comes close. thats it. they had so many chances to end this differently. insane

Damn u saved my life
thank you. i clicked on the second one and i feel amazing.
Guns are not meant for intimidation, if you are pulling one out then use it because you are clearly in danger if you do so.
As tragic as this is... the woman literally put the gun in the air when the dude came close. I know someone dying is sad and all but honestly she did it to herself. She had no control at all in that situation.
That's why I live in florida. As SOOON as i confirm you are unwelcomed, i start blastin
chat has the cognitive function of a fucking tape worm
you give them too much credit.
that's offensive to tape worms
I mean if she had a level head, the gun wouldve absolutely protected her.
@@bennogb5069 im sure she thought she knew what she was doing.
I know everyone is different but you got to take action in these situations especially when you have number advantage. They should of had the dude on the ground but clearly the mother was too casual and the daughters were too passive to see the the errors.
19:08 I understand the legalities of blurring a minors face but we’re literally being shown a picture of the 14 yr old shooter at the same time like wtf is the point 😂
The police department blurred his face in the footage, not the guy who made the video. 19:10
most likely the cctv footage was already edited/blurred by the police when it was provided to the channel
I hate to say this and i feel for the family but they were being so freaking dumb!! One they didnt let him leave, its not worth your life and two they were acting way too casual with the dude! Again sorry for the family but this is absolutely dumb if someone breaks into your house you take it FUCKING SERIOUSLLY not have a conversation and asking him why hes there who cars why hes there, hes there and you need to focus on the threat!!!
fr fr
They probably acted that way because it was a kid.
love how he just regurgitates his knowledge from the youtube police interrogations and acts like hes the only one who knows about it

That situation was like a f king cartoon that was horrendous terrible gun control

this is why kids need a father in the home
chat is getting worse and worse each day
13:54 this is the goofiest break in ive ever seen, this like what you see in cartoons
This mom and the kids were not talking this seriously at all.
"ulting" yeah the move to kick was the end for chat
that's older than kick though.

Heres to hoping that after his 12 years, someone is kind enough to help him move into a new home in the fiery gates below. Someone do the justice that our system can't. Thanks
He's a kid. 12 years sounds short but that's literally almost the entire time he's been alive. It's also plenty of time to grow and change.
@@kreutzz1937thats true, even though he is being let out on 8, 12 years is reasonable considering he would be pushing almost 30 if he were to serve the full sentence, thats half of your childhood gone and time traveled to mid life crisis age.

That was obviously a skit... Mom probably thought it was all in fun... Those girls set that up to kill their mom... Set up the kid... Where'd they even get his name if not from the girls? They did the video to have an alibi... That's why it stopped so early...
I’m not surprised by how degenerate chat is idk what y’all expect. The juicer may be 30 but the spirit stays a strong 12.
This is odd they ran away when the guy went for the gun it was a 3v1???
yeah lets just say it is natural selection lol

the Home intruder this time did not fuckerd around and fin out, the mom and daughters did.
I would not be surprise if one of xqc chat is a psychopath or something.
Why would they even speak to him? Certain people aren't deserving of even being spoken to, someone breaking into your house would definitely be one of them
sorry but... this is a certified women moment
ye shit's sad af to watch
It's not about being a women, it's about training, nobody will handle a gun like a pro if you have no training.
@@Aypeross no one needs gun training to pull the trigger at blank point and i think its rather about common sense which those 2 did not have. why would someone let an armed intruder get that close to you without telling them to back away into a corner. and telling the daughter to run away so the man gains an advantage wasn't a very wise move either. Even without training someone should have that kind of situational awareness. I feel sorry for the loss but the situation could've been handled much better.

Crazy take, but if you stand on bussiness with an intruder that is trying to leave, has not yet caused major harm and is not acting aggressive, while clearly being completely incapable of handling yourself in a that situation... you kinda have it coming. Its not your job to arrest that guy. She got herself killed over not respecting the severity of the situation and valueing her life less than trying to teach someone a lesson.
HE 1v3'd THEM WHILE YAPPING WTF!??????!!?!?!!?! This guy is a casual and still 1v3'd 3 women.
Just another comment in the Sea. this whole situation was so bizarre and unnerving. watching the daughter explain the moment their mother told them to run was so heartbreaking. the whole family being so passive in the presence of an intruder when a gun is involved. my sympathy is with the family, i hope they can get over this and move on. Fuck the intruder and fuck Xqc's chat.
so it was 3v1 and they decided to have 2 people run instead of jump on the 50kg guy and just sit on him so he cant move ? I don't wanna say women but cmon this is sad

They should have let him go and let the police handle it.

She should have just let him leave and call the cops afterwards

should have let the kid out, the mom felt entitled to getting the criminal known, even tho its just a kid, wrong on both sides, ofcourse u wouldnt want someone in your house to break in, and not knowing if theyll be back, but stopping them from leaving the house, when they seem desperate, while giving opportunity for the person to leave with only one way, and thats going in for the gun and getting it away from her, its sad it happend, but it did, moral of the story, dont do dumb stuff, and if a threat is trying to leave, then let it do that, like trying to hold a bear in your house, because it came in, then locking yourself in the room with it, or standing by the exit. maybe her soul rest peacefully with god.
