this is brilliant, and a true inspirational piece of work, masterly acted out by one of the greatest actors to emerge from South African shores...

Shotso Zola, as a kid this was my favourite book. Even till now. Great piece.
Came here from #BlackPanther long live King T'Chaka!
I've been looking for this FOR YEARS!!!!! Thanks a million. Just wonderful to see it again.
Tell me, is there a chunk missing between parts 2 and 3? It seems to jump from Styles to the two guys, right in the middle of dialogue for both?
Another play I've been searching for since the 80s is 'Woza Albert!' You don't have that too, do you?????
This is a great drama ❤
My Friend recommend me this ..😁
This is amazing ❤❤
The style is a monologue type of drama and it's satirical ...
@Dansato. Thanks for the reply. I really do wish someone would release Sizwe Bansi is Dead as a DVD or Divx online because it really seems to be impossible to get hold of otherwise. I spoke to the BBC and apparently a copy could be obtainable but only at a cost of many hundreds of dollars! And I woud dearly love to see Woza Albert, but who ever has a copy of such rare gems!
Rest in Power Winston Ntshona!
what is the song saying about Rhodesia? please help
This helps me to learn much more about Apartheid System
Does anybody, anywhere, have any videos of John Kani performing Othello at the Market Theatre?
I have some audio clips, but I want to see a bit.
Greatness comes as John kani

"Tell the boys in your own language"
Master piece.
@Herpitor I do not have Woza Albert, sorry. And these are only excerpts from the production. I am not sharing the whole production, but maybe it will be released on DVD. That's my hope!
ohh He is great!
Literature 2019 batch
Do u have notes on it plzz?
Ayy same
Is sad the reality he is describing here but it made it sound fun in this play. I feel contradicted with myself, laughing yet I know is sad, unfair, an even atrocious at the same time pfff
And then he became King T'Chaka
Ooooo your good...
