Eswatini is not in the list however it has great relations with Taiwan so they accept it. Also people usually emphasize that English is an official language there and they understand. So u can apply.
@@TheFancyfeeks i think the ministry of education in Taiwan specified lists of countries who are eligible to apply for work permit in Taiwan, and they said if your country's official language is English then you are eligible, meaning not only native speakers are considered

What passport do you hold? I think that’s their main focus unfortunately but you can always try.
