One of the reasons is that if you use Gate and say Brazil, you get sent into the sky about a million studs away from the map, causing your game to glitch intensely. Due to this, you can also sometimes be kicked for exploiting, but never banned.
I like how YBA:AU has better anticheat than YBA. Like lmao, imagine game with same assets but modded has better anti cheat system than original game

yba staff team on their way to ban at their playerbase after playing a mod game because they got tired of actual yba having an 11 month content drought
You only get banned if you upload content of it cause you support and advertise stolen content and assets

They're just trying to have fun, and to be honest YBA is a complete shit game that's just a money cow to Uzu now, he gains money off of YBA without doing anything, the moment YBA starts to get less players he'll realize he needs to update it to get players back, that's what Uzu does nowadays
