Since I bought this phone I've had an issue where on occasions mostly when it's been used for a while the screen seems to forget I'm still holding on to it, any help on what it could be I've looked everywhere but havnt found anything about it i think only the Luna pro does it

Klavdio-Leadership I reset it a couple weeks after I bought the phone it didn't help and I tried looking it up everywhere and only found one other person with the problem also a luna pro phone I also have the emerge version and it doesn't have that issue so I think it's software related

GabGab ok tun off the phone and start the hard reset ... Abd here the tricky part: when you see the reset menu with blue letters, select "wipe cache partition" this wont delete any personal data, dont worry about it, when you finish the cache thing just reboot the phone, let me know if it worked

So I was banging the power button on the side of the table since other people in different videos said that would help it to see if it wasn't a power button being loose or jammed. So I tried that... and the phone turned on but had white streaks all over it! The phone works fine it's just those white streaks... After that, my father opened my phone and saw that a vertical plastic black paper was ripped (I'm not sure if that is the lcd flex cable though, plus I'm not very familiar the lcd anyway). And then he decided just to buy a new phone of the same kind and he would put in the SM card anyway so the data won't be lost. Is this okay?
