@@musiclover5023 no it isn't. Hypocentre is the point of origin underground whilst the epicentre directly above. You do know that there are other variables that come up then the Richter reading right? There's type of movement, duration, shockwave build or diminish, distance from epicenter, the makeup of the ground its affecting, its layering.the amount and kinds of pre and after shock. Depth of the event in the earth, the fault it comes from .Then there's the structures themselves, when how and what they are made of If they been retrofitted or built in a earthquake resistant way, thier soundness thier unknown flaws or weaknesses that one finds after the fact. Then there is just plain ol unexplainable responses of something that defy the understood outcomes. If we can't predict them to any satisfactory degree, do you not see how they aren't all just about one measurement...
Communist State? What the heck are you talking about? I lived in California for a very long time and just moved to North Carolina 17 years ago. It has to do with how one chooses to live and the people that they surround themselves by. Some people call North Carolina a very red state. There are people here from all over the place. So I don't put that kind of a description on the state. Things keep on changing all the time everywhere pretty much. California's gotten way too expensive for most people. California is a beautiful state. I miss the beaches being so close to where I lived in the past. I have yet to go to the ocean on the East coast. It's about a 3-hour ride or so. A day trip for me which is not a sensible thing cuz it would be 3 hours there and 3 hours back and then what? so if you go you need to actually stay for a weekend or so. And quite frankly I don't know if it would be as pretty as the Pacific ocean. By the way do you really know what communism is? From what I understand, the theory of Communism the way it was written by Marx was very good thing, in theory. Apparently it's difficult to make it work the way it was written for some reason and the same thing applies for democracy. Democracy is a fabulous concept but to get it to work the way we imagine it is also very difficult. The reason a lot of these things are difficult is because we're people and were imperfect and there's always some time of conflict unfortunately and differences of opinion. Compromises is wonderful thing if you can do it.

Palmdale Ca earthquake in 71, it was a 6.9. I was 12 yrs old . Literally scares me for life. Nooo joke!! Scary as all get out 🥲
Actually it was Sylmar.
Pool: That cactus needs watering.
Me: Lady in the background needs a spliff.
The pools dropping a mean clap beat though...We will, we will, rock you!
You know you're vulnerable when your moat threatening to empty itself, and let the Black Knight across.
?
Could’ve played We Will Rock You by Queen...🤣🤣🤣🤣
Omg, you heard it, too???? 😂
Earthquake: we will! We will! ROCK YOU!
That’s immediately which song popped into my head, too 🤣😂😂🤣
Omg it does sound like that
oh now i get it
I was in Yucca Valley, Ca. June 92, Landers Earthquake, epicenter 7.5 initially, tapered back to 7.1 4:52am (from memory, so close) The municipal airport had a relatively new tower, the original one leased to a local busnessowner who turned it into a restaurant/bar. Pool tables, darts no booze. Tbc
I remember the Hector Mine quake that one was a biggun
We will, we will rock you
We will, we will rock you
I just heard the waves & literally thought u were playing "we will, we will, rock you!" 😂 I didn't realize it was water!!
Just waiting to hear Freddie Mercury to start singing "we will rock you"
When I use to live in Los Angeles California as a child I remember when they had an earthquake in the early 90's.
Beautiful
Lap Pool 👍
I know that was a scary experience but please tell me, someone-anyone-that I wasn’t the only one rocking out to Queen’s “We Will Rock You”. The pool was the perfect metronome!
That's an earthquake alright but definitely weaker than 7.1 magnitude.
Hey Expert. How the fuck can you tell? Please tell us all you know in 30 seconds. Bet you have time left over.
@@davegentry2380 , watch your language and be nice.
@@annegibbs7417 Anne. Here is your chance !! He said “Fuck!” Why can’t I
You have no idea how this works
Let’s hope you remembered your maker in this moment!
To the tune of "WE WILL WE WILL ROCK YOU" with some of those cussing parrots in the back ground 😀
Parrots?
Love the pool design
That sound of the water 😬 feels like music 😍
I remember wakin up to an earthquake as a kid and watching the news guy fall behind his desk.😂
Was it a bring your child to work day or something?.
@@macman975 lol. No i was on the living room floor. News guy was at work.
@@asuperstraightpureblood 😄 Nice one. I'm glad you were okay mate.
@@macman975 seems like earthquakes would usually hit around dawn so by the time you awoke, and got your wits it was over with. Idk maybe im a hard sleeper.
@@asuperstraightpureblood Do you still live in the area?.
We Will we Will rock you
"WE WILL, WE WILL ROCK YOU!"
I absolutely love the background chatter “THE WHOLE FUC*ING GROUND IS MOVING”
Beautiful!!!
Dang that pool got some fire beats🔥🔥
No way is that a 7.1 the water would be everywhere if it was that strong a quake.
No it depends on where you are in relation to the hypocentre. This could definitely be a 7.1
@@po-qo7vd Exactly... A lot of people are saying it wasn't 7.1 don't realize that I wasn't in the dead center of it lol
@@po-qo7vd hypocentre or epicenter ? 7.1 is unlikely how would you know unless the epicenter had been.identified. this is more a 4 , 7.1 it isn't.
@@musiclover5023 no it isn't. Hypocentre is the point of origin underground whilst the epicentre directly above. If you've ever witnessed the destruction an earthquake causes you will notice that the further away you are the less damage occurs. If you are far enough from a 7 magnitude quake it will feel and look like a 4
I survived a couple of Cali earthquakes as a child. You can't pay me to go back.
Paradise dont come free or easy, and you couldn't pay me to leave...
¿Where and when was this "Earthquake"? the last time i felt a real earthquake was back in 94' ~Northridge Earthquake~
OMG... Don't mention that quake! My mom lived 3 blocks from the epicenter 🙏
That's what I said. You are right.
Said the video was 2 years old.
So i’m not from California but i was in indian wells when this earthquake happened and i remember thinking “WTF IS GOING ON IS JESUS COMING BACK” because I literally had no idea what was going on.
[CaseOh doing jumping jacks]
Sounded a bit like me and the girlfriend post lockdown! 😉😀
Y’all thick huh 🤔
Does the person in the background eat with that mouth?
Ikr
thank you i agree. She has a sailors mouth!
I've heard that sound before but I can't quite put a finger in it.
It reminded me of the Haka
We will we will rock u!!
The pool sounds like people marching.
It's actually quite spooky
Dude, the way the water hit, I started vining. We will rock you
7.1 can bring down that wall lol its M 5.3 or something
No mate a 7.1 causes less destruction the further you are from the hypocentre. It's common sense really.
@@po-qo7vd Agreed
Yeah total click bate
When a nation or city is under judgment...u start to see a multiplicity of uncanny events
So true. But people don't want to talk about it.
The pool was keeping perfect time to "we will we will rock you". Lol
CaseOh was doing jumping jacks with he's brother Nicocado Avocado
Looking at those power lines over the pool! Oh my!😳
When and where was this quake? A 7.1 should do alot more than splash water in the pool.
Couldn’t hear for all the foul cussing going on in the background. Beautiful lap pool though
This was just a sampling of the neighbours... Thankfully the earthquake shut them up and we didn't hear them for a long time after lol
Sounds like me clapping cheeks
I wanna clap yours

The water sloshing has a perfect cadence to it....it's pleasant to listen to
I love how he’s not even bothered while she’s screaming in the background 😂
When was this quake
When I close my eyes it sounds like a good woman
Another reason to leave the communist state if California! Lol
@@fuldagermany read about 3 lines and stopped lol. I lived in California myself for 3 years. Between taxes and regulations its one of if not theee worst state in this amazing country. Replace your leadership before its to late lol. One of the most naturally beautiful states. Aside from that....nawww
@@fuldagermany Communist California? Trumpies hate California but they liked their former president being buddies with Putin pretending they don’t know what those 2 have in mind. So when you clap to Putin/Trump alliance but calling California communist is absurd incongruity.

You'd never witness a 7.1 scale earthquake and live to tell the tale
Hearing the pool slap rhythm makes me think of that queen song
Sounds like just another Friday night. Meanwhile that lady freaking out
At first I thought the water sloshing around was the guy laughing at the woman panicking, lmao.
Here is U.P. i have experienced earthquake like this scale and i know how terrifying it is. It feels like Earth is shaking continuously
I lived in the epicenter of the earthquake, redgecrest California you can look it up, it's near inyokurn, it was terrible so I'm just here to tell you your not alone :)
