If not even a battery producer can correctly communicate the difference between energy and power, my hope is completely lost ... Your thumbnail says "losing power". It's not losing power when parked, that would mean it has x horsepower less in the morning?! It's losing energy!

I always wondered how you could achieve 5.2 c(520 kw charging) in NCM cells or 4c (400 kw charging) in LFP cells and amazingly well extreme cold environments both charging and range performance in your shenxing plus battery pack or shenxing plus's amazing 205 wh/kg energy density meaning it has above 250 wh/kg GEL electrolyte condensed LFP cells. or how you could use lithium metal anodes without dendrite formations in your condensed state battery cells with 500 wh/kg energy density . and now i just figured it out(innovative GEL electrolytes)
EV industry needs atleast 20 years of calendar life,to really dominate gas and diesel powered vehicles . I assume when solid electrolytes(especially sulfide based all solid electrolytes) become mainstream in battery production lines this issue also will be solved, because solid electrolytes minimizes the chemical reactions between the cathode and anode and lithium consumption rates in the cell by up to 100%.meaning upcoming 2027 CATL 500 wh/kg solid cells will have amazing 32 years of calendar life.very well done CATL
Yes I agree battery tech. is still very far from dominating petrol and ICE cars. Pesonally I think fuel cells , easily swappable fuel cells ,are better than batteries in cars , "The Terminator" had a fuel cell that could power him for some 100 years, lol lol ! I don't care what battery makers say I still prefer an ICE car to any EV , of course the crazy greens and the nerdy Tesla fan boys will disagree on that one .
They are already far ahead of those on fuel without batteries and infrastructure... something that can be improved and even exceed expectations not in 20 years, rather in 5

Excellent! Thanks.
A Bedini type motor/generator will keep the batteries fully charged when moving and parked.
Did you say your CATL EV battery life last only 16 years?
@@jacobheinz8236 thats 60% higher than competition.
Is power the wrong word?

Meh batteries can be replaced , no hassle after 10-12 years of driving
