Sea turtles are my universal sign, my good luck token. I felt stressed today with work, but then I came across this video in my feed, and my jaw fell. Not only does this video feature my good luck charm in a way that I have never seen them before, but it's all about releasing toxic energy, which I've needed to do for a long time! I have a brain injury and fibromyalgia, both of which mean I'm sensitive to sound and I suffer from terrible insomnia and tinnitus at night. This melody has been a gift from the Gods. I just start playing it when my little family of my husband and I with the furbabies tuck into bed and we all just relax right into sleep and my tinnitus disappears!
I love all that Jason does. Since separating from my husband 7 months ago I have been listening to Jason's masterpieces and have slept better than I had for the last 16 years. Thank you so much. One of my new favorites in this one.

I have to say, this video is absolutely everything everyone here has said and so much more. I'm a grandmother of 12+1 on the way. 4 of my grandsons love to listen to beautiful music such as this. They are ages 13, 11, 11 and 6. I have a 5 y/o who will take his naps to music like this quite often, when he feels like taking one, lol. Considering the ages these boys are I'm actually impressed that they even give it a listen for me but they ask me to put it on for them or to send them the link so they can listen on their phones. They know how to do it on their own very well now.
Another amazing thing is my🐾pets🐾...I have 2🐱cats and 6🐶 Chihuahua's. Everyone knows how hyper and noisy chi's can be. As I write this post while listening to and watching this spectacular masterpiece, every one of my little babies have burrowed under the blankets and are resting peacefully and comfortably with not one single care in the world. I use Jason's videos to achieve this result every night successfully. It's amazing and it's a very healthy way for them to get a good rest and it doesn't disturb me in the slightest. I LOVE it! If I could, I would project this video on the ceiling in my bedroom and on a wall in my living room. What a fantastic backdrop to have while doing so many things!
I don't know how your relationship with Jason came about but thank you so very much for sharing his artful, and love of, music with all of us. He's so kind and generous to share his God given gift with the world. It truly does benefit all living beings, who are fortunate enough to experience it, in some form or another. By the way..watching these truly remarkable sea turtles is so calming. One has only to imagine peacefully existing without cares or daily commitments and others expectations of us...just gracefully floating alongside one of these beauties until your hearts content. The chords orchestrated, the instrument choices like the organs and the guitar, the ocean breaking in the background, The reverb it all intertwines into a meditative state of tranquility! I was able to mediate to zone I rarely got to on my own and I felt this radiant heat overcome my body and also emmiting out of me through my skin of my arms especially cause I have clothes on! Thank you for this masterpiece I can meditate to properly!

There our many mountains but there is only one Mount Everest. Many paths but only one peak. Many colors but one light. Many drinks but only one mouth to consume with. Many emotions three states. Fear and love and bliss. Story move you through bliss into love then back to bliss then fear then bliss then love on and on through the storyline. When one harmonizes with bliss state and reside in this state all of the confusion and misunderstanding of pain and relief and entertainment becomes clear. It starts with drinking Pina Coladas (or any drink you like!) and snacking on array of the finest Cheese, fresh seafood, any kind of vegetables and fruits that anyone could ask for!
ITS THE PERFECT DAYDREAM!! I LISTEN TO THIS EACH NIGHT AND IM OUT WITHIN 5-15 MINUTES!!! I usually don't wake up in the middle of the night.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT FOR SLEEP "Sleep Hygiene!"

@@paradigmmeditations6442 Thank you! 💜I am a Disabled Registered Nurse.I went to the OTHER SIDE, When I have a Massive Stroke. But by the time, I could get help (approximately 16-18 hour), the stroke had hit 3 different part of my brain!
❓❓HAS ANYONE GOT OR TRIED TO GET SLEEP AT A HOSPITAL OR REHAB HOSPITAL OR IN A NURSING HOME????❓❓
I didn't sleep for crap the 3 weeks that I was in The Hospital and The Rehabilitation Hospital!! WHY? ...I'm glad you asked! Here's some of the reasons:
1.) The beds are uncomfortable! It was so hard. I asked a few times, to get a pressure bed and was refused. I have A lot of back and Spine problems and it should have been accepted!
2.) The Hospital were very LOUD!! A lot was from Staff taking on their Cel phone or other staff.Call lights going on ALL NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT! One night, one call light was on for an hour..AT NIGHT!!!
I WANT TO DO A STUDY TO HELP OLDER PEOPLE, DISABLED AND MEMBERS THAT CALL THEIR HOME A INSTITUTION (Aka- Nursing Homes and Assisting Living Facilities.)
I THINK LISTENING TO YOUR TYPE OF MUSIC SHOULD BE USE, IF I GET THE STUDY UNDERWAY.
Music will be just one part are the stupid.
P.S.
I would love more rain with very slow jazz, that the volume doesn't change. I love the "Massage parlor" music.

Absolutely stunning! Perfect music for sleep but need to watch while awake too, this footage far too beautiful to close your eyes!
