With that outta the way, I don't know if you already knew this or not, but something I've learned about physical strength & muscle definition is that those who get ripped as their muscles get stronger are actually the *exception* in that area, whereas for *most* people, it just means they don't have enough *subcutaneous* fat for their bodies to perform all sorts of *essential* functions (just in case, subcutaneous fat is the kind that stores extra nutrients for your body to use at a later date, while *visceral* fat is the kind that builds up around your organs & gives you that ugly gut & disgusting flab if left unchecked). So while *some* people will naturally get ripped as they get stronger, according to those studies, that's only because they're some of the few people in the world who're genetically *predisposed* to being ripped, & so probably don't need *as* much subcutaneous fat as most people; while *most* people, both women *&* men, are actually healthier & stronger when they're *toned* with 11 lines than they are when they're *ripped* with a six-pack. The friend who linked me to those studies told me this's the reason he also has a problem with how *male* fighting characters are typically depicted as ripped, because as he explained, a warrior would need subcutaneous fat even *more* than a normal person because they might go for *days* without eating, & thus would need *reserves* to live on during those long stints in between meals; if you *already* knew this, I apologize; I just wanted to share it because, while I don't think I'll *ever* stop seeing ripped women who still look feminine that way because there *are* still some who really *do* get ripped as they get stronger, it's made it much *easier* for me to see women & female characters who're *less* than ripped as sexy. As for new Waifu I've discovered, that'd be Juliet Starling from Lollipop Chainsaw Repop; I'd seen an add for the *original* game when I was going through puberty, but my Christian fundamentalist family would *never* have let me get it; so when Repop got released on Steam, I'd been wanting to try it out because I'd enjoyed the Onee-Chanbara games on there, & it looked like something *similar* to that. I got it a day or two ago, & I've been having fun with it, & *especially* appreciating just how *unapologetic* it is; we *need* more games like that in this day & age!
