Kyle is a 30+ year old stew who is a bully. He’s a has been who thinks he’s center stage but he’s only a bit player. He needs to know his importance or lack there of.
IMO if kyle had not been on this season, Natalya and Tumi would most likely have gotten on a lot better.

i never liked hannah. hannah was the original RAT on below deck. she ratted out little danny to the captain in retaliation for danny standing up to her. but , everyone forgets that when malia ratted out hannah for having undeclared drugs on board. hannah had bad karma coming to her. and hannah was not really that good of a chief stew.

Captain Sandy is supposed to trust her Chief Stew to manage the drama in her department. Captain Sandy is rarely able to even witness any drama. Doesn’t help when a Chief Stew can’t put Kyle in his place but instead repeats the gossip and misc crap he says to her. If you don’t want drama, don’t repeat it and don’t allow for gossip. If you’re in a managing position, don’t repeat other people’s negative words and take your own personal feelings out of all the drama. If you can’t at least do that, you should not be managing. This department seriously needs the Chief Stew to make a department meeting and clear the air. However it’s pretty obvious if Tumi did this, she would only make it all worse bc she cannot let go of her own personal feelings and need to bring drama bc of this. The repeats of “my mother taught me to not let people tell me what to do and stand up for myself” is nothing but a personal defense mechanism excuse to ignorantly talk down to all her staff then smirk behind her hands to the person that confronts her on all her BS. It’s no different than highschool. She’s got a lot of growing up to do and it’s very hard to believe she’s still a chief Stew. She just doesn’t have the open mind, nor morals, nor the self sightedness, nor the ability to cut the drama off herself, nor the ability to not gossip let alone cut the gossip down in a managing position, etc. to be a chief stew. She’s way too immature and messy.

Kyle and Natalya need therapy, they both were fighting for more air time. Kyle is a drama queen, but hey he’s a queen so it’s expected. Lol. Natalya loves to stir the pot. She does but in where she doesn’t belong, she’s very immature as is Kyle. Seeing Luka with Natalya at brovocon together, is a joke as well. This season is turning out to be one of the top most drama of any season thus far, both deserve to be canned. Natalya has a very big ego, she has a chip on her shoulder. Best chief stew ever, I think not. Tumi answers about kyle is perfect, at least she figured out how Kyle was playing them against each other. I’d love to see the unedited scenes from this season, looking forward to the rest of the season 😊

As for Tumi.... Very unprofessional of her to gossip with Kyle while they were stuck with their visa issue. She should have known better and she came in with a dismissive attitude. She then went back on her word to have a fresh start with Nat by using Nat's own nasty words on her. Which would be fine if they were equals...but Tumi was the boss. She should have trusted in that. But she only did so in front of Capt Sandy. I don't need to see any of them on camera again.

I do love though that she will step in when the crew can’t get their stuff straight! Both Natalya and Kyle didn’t bring their best to this season. I think Kyle just didn’t want to be there and Natalya brings cattiness and unnecessary drama to every yacht she is on.
