The reason why the screen doors dissapeared when the cone-heads exploded by the cherry bombs is that their HP was so high (almost as much as a gargantuar) that the cherry bombs lowered their HP just enough to delete the screen doors, but to keep them alive. If the screen doors were more damaged, maybe it wouldn't have saved the cone-head zombies from the explosion. And the reason why it didn't kill the wallnut zombie it's because the screen door was damaged by the peanuts (as he was the first zombie to appear) and that let the explosion kill him. (Forgot to write that so I edited it)

I think the most broken thing about that chomper is how cheap it is. 575 doesn't seem to bad at first, but sunflowers drop 75 sun instead of 25, so in the end it's only 8 (actually 7 2/3, but who cares) sunflower drops for an incredibly op chomper that can one shot gargs. For comparison, 8 drops in vanilla is 200 sun, so you're getting an instant win button for the same price as a repeater.
Wall Nut or some sort of defensive plant turning into one of the shorter ranger instants is low-key a really cool concept, prob based it off of PvZ2s explode o nut

Here’s a couple of my theories about the cherry bomb thing. One, the cherry bomb can only deal a max amount of damage so it can only deal about 4 zombies worth of damage and the rest get ignored. Two, the cherry bomb can only kill a certain amount of zombies. Three, the Flag Zombie has a ability where it can absorb damage from aoe plants Edit: oh yeah and I have a sneaking suspicion that the flag zombie’s wall but head is just a retextured bucket, or that the bucket is added ON alongside the wall nut Edit 2: oh looks like I was wrong with my theories, that sucks, oh well. Another thing I noticed though is that the potato mine seems to chill zombies it doesn’t kill?

1. Any screendoor zombies which has not been damage by any type of plant will withstand an insta plant. Good thing you noticed that already 2. Pole vault zombies will only jump if there is a plant on the 4th column. Otherwise they will stay there for eternity.
i think the wallnut in about 6:00 got his screendoor destroyed RIGHT before the explode. So he died and the coneheads with their screendoors got their screendoors destroyed
And in pvz 2 explode o nut is a wallnut with a cherry bomb explosion While here it's only a potato mine explosion while also costing 25 more sun ONTOP of having a way slower cooldown And yet it still breaks the game here lmao Just to put into perspective just how bad the balancing in pvz 2 is

I have no clue I thought it was the screendoors but the cherry bomb kills screen doors just fine.
