I've been playing catch up on your videos & I must say you are so brave! I admire you for continuing to fight what's happening inside of you. As someone who has/had several friends that have/had bipolar disorder I can't tell you how awesome it is to hear you speak on it. One of my closest friends was bipolar & sadly she is no longer here with me. Being a support to her was difficult at times but I would do it all over again if I had to. You wanting to educate yourself about this is such a HUGE step, I applaud you! I know you don't know me from a can of paint but don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have to, I'm here to keep you uplifted. Seriously, you are NEVER alone in this fight no matter what. Thank you so much for sharing & continuing to be brave! God bless 🙏

I can relate to having friends with bipolar, and being there for them when I myself had to deal with depression, ptsd, mood disorders, was a struggle. How do you tell someone else who needs you that you need YOU?! I had to learn how to step away and love me enough to stay healthy. God bless! tfs

My only advice is take care of you first! You are just as important as anyone else & you deserve any moment of selfishness. I know it can be hard but you can't pour from an empty cup. Thank you for sharing also! And feel free to reach out to me if times get too tough. This battle can be suffocating so don't ever feel alone in the fight! God bless you!
